I was selling my house in Hemet, which was in very good condition, not a distressed property like many people assume companies like this only purchase. Closing in 30 days instead of paying the mortgage while waiting for a realtor sale was a huge benefit. I understood they need to make a profit too, much like realtor fees, and with my outdated kitchen, the offer felt fair and well worth avoiding the stress of listing. I recommend Osborne Homes!!
