The allergy test itself was interesting and they test several environmental allergens. I also had to return on another day to test food allergens, as well as retesting some of the other environmental variables that I scored low sensitivity on. You get the results after waiting 20 minutes or so once you've had enough time to trigger a reaction. Dr. Anand was so friendly and personable. I felt like she was a very thorough clinician and really took her time to explain everything to me. She also took note of other issues that weren't quite in her scope, and referred me out to other specialists to make sure I got the care I needed. She then followed up with me to make the process smoother, which I truly appreciated. Other staff members (LVNs and front desk) are also informative and helpful. They do have a mask policy in place, and if you forget to wear one, they have plenty to spare. It is a healthcare facility after all and I don't think they should be rated poorly just because of a policy to ensure the safety of staff and patients alike.

I can tell he really cares about his patients. He was very warm and friendly with me and very knowledgeable and patient. I did not feel rushed during my visit which sometimes happens at doctor visits. He is very down to earth and caring. The office is very clean and spacious and well lit. I want to give a shout out to nurse Dolores who did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this clinic and especially Dr Engler.

It was incredibly easy to make an appointment. The team is warm and welcoming. Nurse Kiahna made my son feel at ease immediately with her down to earth approach when asking him all the initial questions. Dr. Engler was also warm and an obvious expert. The actual testing takes about 30 minutes. Dr. Engler was able to take us through all the results and we walked out armed with an easy to follow plan of a few things to buy and a few new guidelines to follow. We'll be seeing Dr. Engler for a follow up in 3 months. We highly recommend Dr. Engler and team. They really care! We also loved that we walked out with an actionable plan where we're already seeing great results. Thank you, Dr. Engler and team!

Registration is a bit much but what do you expect? If you want to be diagnosed correctly you need to give them all of your history. You have plenty of time to complete this process prior to your appointment. Parking is simple, you have street and garage where the office comps your parking. Be prepared this place gets crowded but they are of course practicing social distancing and still taking temperatures. From the minute you walk in your greeted and advised. They have a good flow going and again like I mentioned the entire staff are such a pleasure. Once you get your allergy shot they ask that you wait at least 30 minutes, bring a good book or your AirPods and phone. Since I'm so scared of needles, staff always finds a way to help ease my fear! Normally I'm faced with other adults who then comment that I'm being a big baby. Not Dr. Engler's staff, they handled me with care and professionalism. Believe it or not, I don't even need numbing spray, I now take it like a champ! I couldn't be more pleased with a Dr. and staff. This office makes sure you're seen and heard no matter how silly the question is, and I've had many. I won't go into costs cause it all depends on your insurance. All I know is I'm getting what I I paid for!

I liked him immediately upon meeting him. Dr. Ellison and his staff are extremely professional and hold themselves to what they promise. He worked around my schedule and personal commitments to ensure I was taken care of. I also appreciate how the doctor himself personally returns phone calls and sees through everything. He also does things pretty much immediately when he says he will, which is very in line with my personality and earns him great respect in my eyes. I felt very at ease with him and trusted his opinion. How he keeps track of all his patients and everything going on is astounding. I also think the man works day and night. I accidentally called his direct line once late night, and thought I hung up before it rang. However, he called both myself and my partner a few hours later a bit past midnight because he was concerned something had gone wrong. You're in good hands if you're fortunate enough to get an appointment with Dr. Ellison!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this medical office…read more My parents had an appointment scheduled for 10:15 AM. We arrived early at 10:00 AM. When we checked in, the front desk staff said they needed to check with the doctor to see if we could still be seen -- which was confusing, since we were on time. I asked if I could start filling out the paperwork while they confirmed, but they refused, saying I had to wait until they spoke with the doctor. By 10:12 AM -- just a few minutes before the scheduled time -- they came back and told me the doctor would not be able to see my parents because "there wasn't enough time." It took them over 10 minutes just to figure this out -- time that could have been used to start the paperwork or check them in. The paperwork itself was very basic -- name, address, Social Security number, and phone number -- something that could easily have been completed while waiting. There was no reason this needed to delay the appointment. The office manager, Allison, was extremely rude and unhelpful. Rather than trying to problem-solve, she kept giving excuses about being short-staffed and missing a doctor, none of which explained the mishandling of our visit. This appointment had already been rescheduled twice due to internal office issues, and now they expected my parents to wait until mid-June -- two more months -- for a new appointment. My father is on blood thinners and needed medical attention. I asked multiple times if they could meet me halfway -- process the paperwork while the doctor began initial testing, as this was a first-time patient visit that would have required labs and assessments rather than a complex evaluation. Still, Allison refused to help and only offered to reschedule for weeks later. A manager's role is to de-escalate situations and find solutions, not to block care for patients, especially elderly ones who are trying to get basic medical attention. This office badly needs better training in both customer service and patient care management. Patients deserve to be treated with basic dignity, not bureaucratic coldness.

Because Every time I call, "Kate" answers and immediately asks me to hold. Unfortunately, she keeps my call on hold for 15-20 minutes. When I call back, the same thing happens again. This has occurred multiple times. Additionally, the attitude of the front desk staff has been consistently unprofessional and dismissive. After checking online, I noticed many other patients have also complained about the same issue, yet it seems nothing is being done to improve the quality of service. Due to these ongoing problems, I have canceled my upcoming appointments and will not be returning to this clinic. I am sharing this feedback not only for myself but so that future patients are not treated this way. We deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism when seeking medical care. I hope this issue is taken seriously, as the front desk is a patient's first point of contact and should reflect the standards of your clinic. This place ITS A JOKE!

I have already transferred to another clinic after being with the clinic being rated for less than a month. Bonnie insisted I stay but I refused. I knew that it was highly unlikely that modern medicine could do that, and I appreciated that he was honest and upfront about it. He was super thorough, dry as hell and couldn't crack a smile lol ... but wow--comprehensive and went over ever. Single. Thing. No joke. The history he took was out of bounds and I mean this in a good way, everything from symptomology past and present, as well as a complete list of possible differential diagnoses and medicines, and family history of everything from diseases to causes of death. I mean, whaaat? I was impressed and shocked that he could on demand, and I mean instantly, generate the actual hive symptom by scraping some sort of sharp tipped ting on my inner forearm. Oddly simultaneously cool and frightening. The solution was nothing other than Claritin, which I already knew, not to be a know it all, but well, it was self-explanatory, not to mention I'd already gotten that advice from my internist. I wanted to checking out with an allergist/immunologist, and glad I did. I liked and trusted him, and if I needed to go back for some reason related to his specialty, I'd definitely seek out his services. Highly recommend if you're looking for this type of provider. Btw, he's on a bunch of PPO insurance panels, so that's super convenient. As I was leaving his office after the main consultation, I appreciated that at the last minute, he turned around and was inquisitive about my letting him know about an unexplained weight loss, for which he was fairly forceful about my following up with my internist. To me, this showed a level of curiosity and out of the box practice that these days, I don't often encounter. Parking is in the basement, lower level street entry, and they don't validate, though it's not that expensive, and if you get lucky, you might find street parking as well.
