I purchased a 2022 Chevrolet Suburban Z71 on January 6, 2026. Before purchasing, I pointed out several issues, including a cracked bumper and grille, rear-end noise, deep scratches, and other concerns. I negotiated with Jerry, and the dealership agreed in writing to replace the bumper and grille, properly repair the scratches, and address the other issues. Unfortunately, that was just the beginning. The vehicle spent much of the next two plus months either at the dealership or being sent around for repairs. Communication was consistently poor, and I repeatedly had to call and text just to get updates. The first time I went to pick it up, the bumper had been patched instead of replaced, the grille was still damaged, the scratches had simply been touched up despite being promised a proper repair, and the check-engine light was on. After it went back again, the headlights were adjusted so low that I could barely see the road at night. Then I discovered new damage to the passenger side that was not there when I purchased the vehicle. I had photographs documenting the vehicle's condition immediately after purchase. After it had been in the dealership's possession, it was side swiped - there was a noticeable dent, additional scratches, poor bodywork, overspray, and other paint issues. I repeatedly asked what happened to my vehicle while it was in their possession. I still have not received a satisfactory answer. The dealership eventually attempted to repair the damage, but the bodywork was still visibly poor, including orange peel, overspray, and scratches that remained unresolved. The window tint I had paid approximately $700 for was also damaged while the vehicle was at the dealership, requiring replacement. Thankfully, Jerry reimbursed me for that. I was also repeatedly encouraged to trade the Suburban for a new vehicle rather than simply having the original problems properly resolved. At one point, I was offered approximately $39,500 for a vehicle I had paid around $43,000 for and had barely driven. During one conversation, Phil referred to the vehicle I had purchased from the dealership as a "piece of shit" and suggested I should get into a new vehicle because it was never going to be fixed like new. That was an incredibly disappointing thing to hear from management about a vehicle they had sold me. I eventually asked them to address only the remaining safety and mechanical concerns. After another visit, I picked up the vehicle and, on the way home, the check-engine light came on along with "Reduced Acceleration" and "Service Transmission" warnings. The transmission was shifting so violently I could barely get the vehicle up my driveway. I ultimately had to take it to another Chevrolet dealership, where the transmission issue was diagnosed and repaired. Throughout this entire ordeal, I had driven the Suburban less than 1,000 miles, yet I made numerous trips to Raymond Chevrolet, missed work, canceled/rescheduled plans, paid for services and accessories that were damaged, and spent months trying to get the vehicle into the condition I was promised when I purchased it. I was not experiencing buyer's remorse. I actually liked the Suburban when I bought it. I simply expected the dealership to honor the written commitments they made, properly repair the vehicle, and take responsibility for damage that occurred while it was in their possession. Unfortunately, that did not happen. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and accountability from a GM-branded dealership. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Raymond Chevrolet. If you purchase a vehicle here, inspect it extremely carefully, document everything with photos, and get every promise in writing.

I decided to finally trade in a 2021 F-150 and go into a bigger truck for my families activities and needs. I have known Russell now for several years and he has alway stayed in touch with me. He is always in a good mood and when he sees me, has always made sure to say hi during my service visits for the two ford vehicle's I own. Well we started discussing the possibility of going on to a bigger truck during one of my service visits for the f-150. This conversation parallels another one that I was having the same day with Greg and Kat in service about why I was thinking about going into the super duty line. Between the three of them, they gave me the confidence and information I needed to make an educated choice to start pursuing a F-250. So over the next several weeks Russel contacted me about various options that would come in inventory to see if these met my needs. Well finally a 2020 white super duty came on the lot and I had a feeling this was the one. Again I was on another regular maintenance Sevice visit with my son and Russ got the vehicle pulled up for me to accommodate a test ride for my son and I. Well taking a 6 year old ona test drive ended up asking 1000 questions which made it a bit challenging to ask the questions I wanted. Because my sons questions hands down come first. Russ respected that and just enjoyed the ride. The great thing was I was able to contact Russ personally the following day and several weeks after that about this truck to answer my questions. So that brings me to July 20, 2023. I decided to come test drive the vehicle again as I have made my decision of what I wanted to buy. I was currently looking at three different 2020 trucks at 3 dealers. The thing is the customer service I have gotten Russell, Greg and Kat at Kunes in Antioch over the years really drove me to want to do business with this team. So following my test drive with this vehicle, I was able to have another conversation with Gregg, Kat Russ and Bailey in the service department about this vehicle. This was the first time meeting Bailey and it was a pleasure. He is very knowledgeable on the diesel truck engines. All of them were able to answer all my questions and also gave me great additional information about the truck and warranties available. So from here it was pretty much set in stone that I wanted to buy this truck. From here I sat down with Russ and discussed the offer. We finally agreed on the deal with help of his team that included extended warranties and Cerma coat products available. Which brings me to Scott. Russ brought Scott over to introduce him to me and go to the finance office to finish up the deal. Scott it's another top notch individual and is a perfect fit. He made the finance part of finishing the deal very easy and quick. He was well prepared and thorough. Kat, Greg, Bailey, Scott and Russ really made me feel great about doing business with them and the Kunes Auto Group!

5-Star Experience Every Time!…read more I can't say enough great things about Antioch Chrysler Dodge Jeep! I bought my very first vehicle here, a Dodge Durango R/T, and I've continued coming back ever since. I now bring both my Jeep SRT8 and Jeep Trackhawk here for service, and every single time I'm treated like a star. The customer service is truly first class. A huge thank you to my service advisor, Steve. He always takes great care of me, keeps me informed, and makes sure everything is handled the right way. It's hard to find this level of service and someone you can genuinely trust with your vehicles. If you need service, ask for Steve! You won't be disappointed. I purchased a 48,000.00 jeep there and replaced the shitty ass speakers in the vehicle. After replacing the speakers there was more clarity but immediately notice there was a power loss on the left front speaker. I took it in to get it looked at and they said because I replaced the speakers and spliced wiring they wouldn't look at it. I never spliced wiring. The speakers were direct replacements. It comes down to warranty work. This dealership does not want to do warranty work. Even after I said I would pay for the troubleshooting if they find it was my fault. Shitty thing to do. I complained to upper management and they are no better. They did nothing. I was able to get it repaired and it was actually a loose pin in the wiring harnes wish would have benn thier issue. DO NOT BUY HERE! IF YOU DO EXPECT TO GET RIPPED OFF FROM THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT.

After a couple thousand miles, I noticed a howling from the rear end & It was rapidly getting worse. I brought it back into this service center to go over their recall work & they insisted the howling noise was not caused by their repairs because it was a 1-1/2 yr later, but I very rarely drive this truck. I called corporate & went over this situation with a few individuals but they just did not get it - they were no help. Frustrated I spoke to another Dodge dealership & a local mechanic, I was told that this could happen if the tolerances on are not set precisely on the recall work they did. I went back to this dealership explained this but they still denied this problem could be caused by an error in their work. Finally I spoke with Joanne & she listened & tried to understand. She took initiative & contacted corporate to have this error fixed free of charge. Thanks Joanne & I hope this positive feedback finds the right people.

I would not recommend Antioch Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram based on my experience…read more I brought my 2023 Chrysler Pacifica in for a warranty repair due to engine problems. The dealership performed major work under the powertrain warranty, including cylinder head and gasket repairs. When I picked up the vehicle on September 12, it was not in proper working condition. The cooling system had no flow because it was clogged -- something clearly documented in their own service report. They stated the heater cores were clogged and quoted me $2,021 for repairs, claiming it was not covered. This makes no sense because the issue was a direct result of the engine failure, where coolant and oil contamination affected the system. Instead of fully repairing the vehicle under warranty, they returned it in a non-working condition and tried to charge me for the remaining damage. Additionally, the 12V battery stopped working after the repair, even though it had no issues before. I tried to resolve this directly with them and also through the Better Business Bureau, but the issue is still unresolved. Very frustrating experience. Be careful if you are relying on warranty repairs here
