A 3-day trip took 8 days and I had to handle 75% of the details... And of course, "We offer no refunds for late transports." They were better priced and Donna was much better to work with than their competitors. I paid a deposit upfront and the rest in cash to the driver, the driver was very professional and was going to try to deliver a day early, but it would have been close to midnight so we scheduled for the earlier agree upon day. Other companies are too pushy with their nonstop pressure calls and emails to book with them and some even use scare tactics in their correspondence, I'm not a fan of that type of marketing. What normally takes 3 days to transport, we got in less than 48 hrs.later with major damage done to the rv. The driver lied to the owner we proved to the owner the driver was lying to him and the owner begged us to allow him to try fixing it before the insurance claim happens. The owner failed to fix the rvs damage and the refused to file the insuramce claim. Now i am suing him.
