A 3-day trip took 8 days and I had to handle 75% of the details... And of course, "We offer no refunds for late transports." Other companies are too pushy with their nonstop pressure calls and emails to book with them and some even use scare tactics in their correspondence, I'm not a fan of that type of marketing.
