The lady working there told him to go ask the mechanic so he went out and asked him and instead of him saying he could do it but it might be a few days (which would of been fine) he says I don't have time to work on no tiller. He really had an attitude. We have been going there for years and we know others that do. We will for sure be spreading the word about him. I'm sure it was a simple fix and it's not like we needed it repaired right now. But if we could give this place a negative star we would. The mechanic really needs to learn some customer service. Sorry if you were having a bad day, we all have them. But you need to learn to talk to your customers better cause, us customers are what keep your doors open. But you can rest assured sure we won't be back. We will go way out of our way first. Which we did find someone to work on it. Your not the only small engine place around

Customer service is non-existent. Bookkeeping??? I believe his name is Goober. We dropped off our mower and chainsaw during the last week of September and were told 7-10 days. After 14 days, my husband called and was told they hadn't had time to work on either yet because they were just so busy. The entire month of October went by with Andy's having our mower and our chainsaw, and it wasn't fixed until 6 November. That's not only NOT done in a timely manner at all, it was extremely dishonest business practice to tell a customer that they could expect it to be. I'll never recommend them to anyone, and I hope if you read this you'll be wise and find somewhere else to fix whatever is broken. They charge a lot of money to make you very frustrated.

In thinner hay its awful you cant haul them or stack them in the barn. Coleman has been sending someone to fix it since last September 2024 they finally came out towards the end of May 2025 the service manager and a shop guy from the Clarksville location, neither really knew anything about rollers they were talking to some guy in West Virginia on the phone who told them couldnt be there roller had to be operator error, now they rolled and the rolls were terrible, i rolled a few more they were just a little better but ive only been rolling hay for 40 years. 1 out of 3 was ok then they said make 3 rounds with the rake and get more hay in there, never had to with my John Deere. so the roller is a piece of JUNK or needs fixing, im sure there are good ones this one isnt. Coleman tractor will do nothing about it so im stuck with a real piece of JUNK. BEWARE BUYING ANYTHING FROM COLEMAN TRACTOR!!!!! And bought a new rake all the wheels were backwards, insult to injury.

I ordered a Ventrac 4520 with a fine cut flail mover head and a tuff cut brush hog head and lots of extras for my dream mower. I have 26 acres to maintain and can't wait to start mowing. Business is owned by the father and son team of Richard and Ian Boyan. Richard was my salesman and kept in close contact with me from the beginning until I picked up my new mower. Promises were kept and my new Ventrac was ready when I drove 124 miles one way from SW Tennessee to get my machine. Rich and Ian explained the basics of operation and even let me mow their lawn for free lol. I'm 65 and this mower will last as long as I do. They're not cheap but go big or go home. The dog who looks like a teddy bear barked at me and scared me. He's as harmless as a marshmallow and will let you pet him once you go inside.
