The lady working there told him to go ask the mechanic so he went out and asked him and instead of him saying he could do it but it might be a few days (which would of been fine) he says I don't have time to work on no tiller. He really had an attitude. We have been going there for years and we know others that do. We will for sure be spreading the word about him. I'm sure it was a simple fix and it's not like we needed it repaired right now. But if we could give this place a negative star we would. The mechanic really needs to learn some customer service. Sorry if you were having a bad day, we all have them. But you need to learn to talk to your customers better cause, us customers are what keep your doors open. They challenge warranty claims. Massive mark up on parts…read more(45% up charge on a belt). They charge 4.5% extra for using credit or debit cards. Their attitude to after-sale service customers is very defensive & confrontational when asked about charges. The quality of their service is pretty good, but you can count on at least a week wait. Ordered common parts take a long time to arrive. Basic service includes unnecessary parts such as new plugs after 45 hours run time.
