It has been over 8 years since…read morewe had it pumped and suddenly, it started to back up to our basement shower and toilet. That is 100% our fault. Since it's been so many years, I tried to call the last guy we used but he is out of business. I did an internet search and I found PWM. I liked their website and FAQ. I called them at 11:19am CST. I live in Hendersonville TN. The gentleman who answered was very nice and said he could have someone come out around 1:30 to 2pm the same day. I was very happy with that. I told him that I was going to a meeting but my wife would be at the house. My wife called me at 11:44am and said, "Hey, PWM is here already". I looked at my phone and had a message from James saying that he was coming early. My wife said that James was super nice and pumped our septic tank. Before he left, he had my wife flush the toilet to make sure all was well. And it was. Problem solved. The price was $325 and the service was impeccable. I still can't believe how fast they resolved our problem. I will stay with PWM for life. And...I will be calling them in 3 years to pump again. I learned my lesson. Thank you PWM!!!!!
