One of your drivers was extremely aggressive toward me in traffic while I was exiting Sam's Club, despite the fact that traffic was at a standstill and I had nowhere to go. If I were ever in need of plumbing services, this type of behavior and lack of professionalism would strongly deter me from choosing your company. I did attempt to contact the business directly but was unable to reach anyone. As a business owner myself, I would want to be made aware of situations like this. I hope this is addressed with your staff so others do not have a similar experience.

I'm from the city and not use to septic systems. I was completely unaware that your system needs…read morecleaning and with a family of 6 you could imagine how frequently ours should/needs cleaning. And I wasn't aware it was required until mine started backing up into my home. With 4 kids (2 of them toddlers) and myself there was a level of urgency that we get this done ASAP. I called Elitte with no clue of what to do or where my tank would even exist. My husband was injured at work and passed away 5 months ago and these were things he would know and could assist them in helping us. I spoke with Mrs Christie and she explained the process in complete detail, what it would cost and that with it being the end of the day they could send someone out for emergency service if I couldn't wait. I explained with potty training a toddler I wouldn't be able to wait that I needed someone immediately. Mr Robert showed up with another employee (I completely neglected to get his name) at close to dusk, an hour after I called which I wasn't expecting them that quickly. They began cleaning my tank. It was way worse than I could have imagined and almost had myself a REAL disaster. Their level of professionalism is something I had never encountered. Knowing I knew nothing of how it works and now having to handle things my deceased husband would have handled, he walked me through the do's and don't. He explained to my kids what the system did and things they couldn't do. He included them in the most kind hearted way. Even offering my 5 year old daughter a job when she replied the smell wasn't that bad, her just trying to be polite. I know this review is lengthy and I have never written a review before that was positive. When they could have just shown up and cleaned my tank and left just as quickly as arriving, Mr Robert chose to take the extra time to educate myself and my children. I want to thank you for coming to our rescue so quickly, for the kindness and warmth you shown my kids, and the incredible kind gesture you gave in helping us. You can easily just call anyone to get a job done, but if you want someone who's going to take pride and has integrity in what they do, and ensure it's done correctly I would DEFINITELY call Elitte. The Doo-Doo Guru saved our day.... and our toilets!
