Unfortunately, we encountered underground obstructions that prevented trenching so that they couldn't complete the work. They didn't charge me despite making adjustments such as repositioning heads, adding a bubbler, and changing heads to improve coverage. I offered to pay for the work they did, but they felt it was only right not to bill me. This shows their professionalism. Their call-screening software requires you to identify yourself before they answer. When I finally reached someone, they were short with me and sounded high. They told me they knew who I was and where I lived, and said they'd come the next day, but hung up without giving a time. I decided to hire someone else. When I called to cancel, they asked why, so I explained everything. The person then yelled at me for choosing another company and "wished me luck" with them.
