    Vaziri breast dinner
    Farheen S.

A small take out type restaurant with a few tables and bar stools to sit. Located just off of Yonge street, this is my new go to for quick and affordable Persian food. $14+tax for the vaziri breast dinner which included: a ground beef kebab, chicken breast pieces, TONS of beautiful long grain Persian rice and a choice of salad or pop. The meat is perfectly cooked and seasoned. The rice is fluffy and delicious. They serve some butter and sumac on the side, it's customary for Persians to put this in their rice and it's amazing! Food took about 15 min to make and staff was friendly.

Discovered this place by accident as I was on my way out from the Vietnamese restaurant beside it. So the next day, I bought the koobideh sandwich for takeout and my son kept raving about it. When I was in the area a few days later, I tried the koobideh with rice and salad and it was really good. I came back a few days to try the chicken leg with rice and again, I was very impressed. For that week since I discovered it, I think I went back a total of 4 times. And over the weekend, I went to the Richmond Hill location to buy the koobideh meal again. You can safely say I'm addicted I will definitely be back again and again.

Probably the best Persian kabob in town! It's not really meant for dine-in, I always get takeout or they deliver it right to my home. I always order a bunch of skewers, the kobideh, the bbq sultani, chicken kabobs, they're all just too tasty! My favourite is their kobidehs, it comes with tomatoes and onions, and their bread is always great as well. Highly recommended

One of the best persian kabab. They offer veal tenderloin kabab at decent price. The other dishes are good too.

When we arrived for dinner around 6:30 on a Saturday we were the only group in the restaurant for the longest time. (around 8 pm another group walked in). I am wondering if it gets busier later at night as they do have live music later in the evening (it was being set up as we were leaving) and it looks like they are also a shisha lounge. Menu has a good selection of kebabs, chicken, lamb and ground beef and a selection of stews. All the kebab combos come with rice, grilled tomatoes and pickled onions. We didn't see a huge offering of appetizers or desserts. The server was really helpful in answering any questions we had about the menu The kebabs were incredibly moist and flavourful, especially the ground beef. At the front of the restaurant there is a sign advertising a 19.99 special. The sign is not in English but from the picture it looks like a take out special. Interestingly enough the take out special is a better deal than if you ate in the restaurant. The meal came with a kebab meal, a stew and a side salad whereas the meal we ordered as sit down customers did not come with any of this. We enjoyed our meal as the food was really good and we absolutely did not feel rushed.

Went tonight and obviously was not a busy night as 930 on a Monday. Our waiter was incredible…read more Looked like he was doing it all himself but we never felt it. Best koobideh I've had in the city. Downtown uptown wherever. Go. Get the koobideh. Thank me later.
