He had his paralegal send me an email. He hired the wrong expert witness who reviewed my case. The hospital said all along that I had a mass and that's why they did the surgery but a mass was never there; the hospital was guessing, so this expert kept talking about the mass justifying the surgery anyway, but it was all untrue and now I'm just sitting here without representation and time is ticking and nobody wants to take my case so close to the three year mark, and so he really screwed me and I did not get any help from him. I was misdiagnosed with cancer, had surgery, and now they're just gonna get away with . I'm just disgusted by this whole process. He's a bad guy. I told him to get a pathologist for the expert witness as that was who made the mistake. He did not. My surgeons told me and my family after the surgery that I never had a mass and I never needed this surgery. It was a mistake caused by the pathologist. Sim abandoned me. Sim added more stress to my life more by nit getting the right expert witness! Don't go with this man or you'll be sorry!
