I have been using Rent A Wheel for about 5 yrs now. I had a great relationship with staff during my tenure with them. About 1 year ago this shop went through a couple of changes Manager, and crew. In beginning 1st meeting new staff was intimidating cause they did not know I was a repeat customer. But once Mgr Jack got involved researched my account he taught new staff how to find old accounts cause everyone was relatively new I can see changes towards customer service. When I go to the store I hear how people are talked to and it's great customer service I see from a stand by position. When I make a payment I talk with Anna who has a remarkable personality and great customer service skills. I recommend this shop to all I know when conversation of Rims and Tires come up. Customer Service is ok. Gotta stay on top of everything because they dont clarify much of anything until the contract is ready. All in all I think I got a good deal. One rim had a lil mark on it and the guy said it was from factory like that. That really made me wonder. Wheres the customer satisfaction at? He should've offered to replace it. But he didnt. Went to the shop on jun 14 got some rims and tires 2 weeks later... Took the car for the first ride with the wheels and my steering wheel was shaking like crazy...took a look a the front rims there were like 5 rows of weights on the rim... Meaning that the rim was very imperfect... When back to the shop they told me it was probably my alignment...well thas BS because bad alignment doesn't feel in the whole car shaking...for 3 weeks i went to the shop probably 2 times a week to get this fixed with no luck... They changed my front wheels... Bt the car was still shaking. at the end and this was on july 19 a month later they decided to refund me the money because they couldn't fix the problem...really after a month of going every week and spending hours at the shop THAT IS JUST PLANE DISRESPECTFUL for the time and money spend on getting this fixed. Then i went to shop so i could get my stock rims back on. After the installation of the stocks i head out made a U turn and to my surprise one of the front TIRE FELL OFF the car because they didn't put the right lugs on them. The manager had to go himself to change them. Next week i went to other shop(Miami Power wheels) to get a set of wheels and to my surprise this people at rent a wheel did not put my wheel sensors back in my tires so i had to call them and the manager said " yeah we have them here" well thanks for calling me and telling me that the shop have once again neglected to do the job right and forgot to give me the sensors. Now i have to pay the new shop extra to get me the sensors on the new wheels because now they have to get all the tires out of the car again to put the sensors. If you care for your car DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE If you don't care about your car the this is the place for you. Service is OK... Everyone is polite. read more

When i needed my off road rims for my truck in January of 2017 they helped me solve my problem. I recently damaged one of my rims while off roading so i come back to replace the rim and they tell me the rim is discontinued. I reached out to the manufacturer and they tell me it will take about 90 days but they will not put in the order because they want to sell me 4 more rims. I would like to keep this professional and not bash the salesperson with lack of customers etiquette. Please help me make this right. read more

This has been the worst experience at any rim shop. Showed up on a Tuesday morning and gave one rep 2 deposits. One for tires and another for suspension work to get springs done at the shop. 2 weeks went by and tires were finally there but springs were still on their way. Sales person never mentioned they were ordering part from China because if not I would have never gave the guy a deposit. It gets better. The first day I ordered the tires I asked the guy since I was paying more than normal if I would be covered if my tires blow so I can get a replacement with the warranty they advertise. He said yes they would! After I get them installed and mounted they tell me they will only cover if I get a flat and rotations. My advice is get everything in writing before you leave this place on day one. Very slick people working there. I would try a different place before coming to this shop no integrity at this place at all. I will probably not come back for anything at this place and would much rather pay for someone to rotate my tires after this experience. Overpriced and bad service!! If you take care of your customers right they don't mind paying for it. In this case bad service and overpriced. Not a good combination. read more

I walked into to get an estimate, i drove off with a set a wheels. Fabry, Frank and Tee were EXTREMELY helpful and joked with me regarding helping me move into the shop when the wife kicks me out. The tech, i believe his name was Jose was very helpful, and even pointed some maintenance issues with my brakes that needed changing. I was very happy with the price i got, and mostly being able to pay it off in 90 days (great selling point to the wife.) when my lease is up i will 100% being back to them for next set of wheels. With broken promises and lack of knowledge I was displeased with the service at this location. Came in thinking that perhaps since its a known business they were knowledgeable on what they were putting on my car (they put a tire that was too big, causing the tire to get damaged and start throwing smoke right after leaving the shop). They replaced the tire, but after a couple of days when I came back to put the TPMS, I was handed my car with over inflated tires (one was over 50 psi when it states clearly on the tire that the max psi is 50). Such a hazard, an accident waiting to happen! Had to come back to redo the tire balance since my car would vibrate. While at the shop one of the employees working on my car asked me at what velocity my car would shake. I told him between 60 and 70 mph. I was told I needed to take the tires to a high velocity balancing tire location? Really? I mean if thats the case I don't think you should be in business considering your location next to a highway..... They placed one back tire on the front, which are larger and hits the suspension. Had to come back for them to rectify this. The manager was kind enough to balance all 4 tires and the vibration has stopped ever since. However, as if it wasn't enough insult to injury, its been almost three weeks, and the locks I was promised are still pending. Haven't received the phone call I was promised once the wheel locks arrived.... Its a real shame! read more
