When I confronted the owner she said she would not refund me but she would buy new hair and install at no cost. I have since been trying to reach her and reschedule for over one month now. No one has yet to return my calls or respond to my messages. I will now be reporting to the BBB. To top it off, I purchased an eye brow tattooing certificate as well and I also have yet to get a response to my calls to schedule. That cost was $375. I feel completely scammed. Keri was able to color correct my hair and now I get compliments ALL the time on my blonde. Keri made the color fit to my skin tone... not just doing a standard blonde color across the board. I have an ashy skin tone, so my blonde is now more ashy rather than yellow and it has made ALL the difference. And the color is DIMENSIONAL. I love it.
