Very tasty and stylish food for a good price!
Aisti opened just a week ago and today, Saturday afternoon, was my first visit there. I was with my friends and my kid. For the friends, they were already visiting for a second time since they liked it so much the first time. It was pretty quiet which was nice for the napping kid and for the conversation.
I ordered the salmon confit and found it original in taste and arrangement but also in ingredients. For the main course I had the vegetarian option, cabbage rolls with carrot-butter sauce and barley. My favorite part about the dish was the sauce - very very tasty. Cabbage rolls were a nice new addition to the typical vegetarian foods restaurants serve and thus I liked it. For the dessert I had a coffee (pretty small cup) and today's special dessert with all kinds of good like white chocolate mousse, berries marinated in mint, mint, cream and meringue. Wow. Very tasty! I wish they had that on the regular menu.
The staff was friendly. The food was really surprisingly well thought out, laid out and designed. And it was all quite affordable as my whole meal was 33€. So I give it five stars and a warm recommendation.
I'm guessing the place will be quite packed on evenings with a theatre plays next door. And it is right on for a place to go on a date before the play! read more
