I just ordered a shrimp cheesesteak combo with fries and an orange soda. cheesesteak plain with only provolone cheese. no fries and no soda. Besides pizza, they have the best cheeseburger and fries for under $10. It's a double cheeseburger that I have a hard time eating in one sitting. Order it with everything to get spicy onions, lettuce, and sauce. I eat about 2 of these a week. Their delivery is through a 3rd party (Uber eats or something like that). I didn't have the app or an account so it was difficult to see where the delivery was. I've ordered several times without issue for the most part. However, my last order was missing items that were eventually delivered after I called the restaurant. This was an online order. A day later, unauthorized charges appeared on my card. I immediately reported my card stolen and tracked down the accounts linked to my credit card number, both of which were in the names of employees at this establishment. I spoke to the manager of the restaurant who placed the blame in the hands of the credit card vendor & was adamant about ending his partnership with the online service they use for their website. He said his employees were being framed. He also offered to give me the cash the next day and asked that I not involve law enforcement, but I declined his offer as I prefer to follow the proper investigative channels with the fraud specialists through my bank. I've had a few of the pizzas from here and they were OK. They are better than most of the national chains around this area but their large is a bit small in comparison to other local pizzerias. The last one I had will be my last, though. Very little toppings (all vegetables with ham) and I counted about 4 pieces of ham. On two different occasions in the past month I have ordered pizzas with Canadian bacon and didn't receive the correct pizza. The first one was remade easily and replaced. The second one was not the same. The woman on the phone told me that Canadian bacon and ground beef are both beef and I should just keep the pizza and let them give me a free one next time. If I can give this restaurant 0 stars I would! I am literally a daily customer. And there has been more times than I can count on one hand where they have made mistakes to my order. I've called each time and each time ( in the evening) I've spoken to the same female manager. She's rude, and despite giving me discounts on a one of the orders, she still has a nasty customer service attitude. Tonight, once again, my order was not complete. I was missing a soda that I paid for. The driver was notified before he left and he said he will return. An hour later, I called wondering where my soda was, I was told by the cashier that he will be back in 20 mins. An hour after that call, still no soda, so I called again. The cashier put that same manager on the phone and once again she was rude. She stated that I was a great customer and that I can have a free soda next time. Next time? It's not free if I already paid for it. The woman then said that the driver is very busy but if I want it today that's fine. Of course I do. I paid for it! I was in the middle of talking to her to let her know that this is unacceptable that my order keeps getting messed up when she hung up on me. How is that customer service?
