I paid around $10 for the earrings so it's certainly not about the cost, it's about the principle. It's quite pathetic when a "local" store is unwilling to stand behind the products they sell. I'm certainly fortunate that it was such an inexpensive item. I was actually going to give them another chance if the woman I spoke to had even an ounce of consideration but it goes without saying that I will no longer be shopping at Headlines Boutique. It just goes to show why Amazon is always a better bet.
