Parked in the public parking lot outside their store - came back and it was gone! There were NO signs saying no parking, or parking only for plaza businesses, or only 1 hr parking ... no signs at all! Had to pay $275 in CASH only to Montshire Towing to get it back. "Why don't you try brining them to a jeweler to have them repaired". I almost laughed myself at how ridiculous this suggestion was. I paid around $10 for the earrings so it's certainly not about the cost, it's about the principle. It's quite pathetic when a "local" store is unwilling to stand behind the products they sell.
