Parked in the public parking lot outside their store - came back and it was gone! Went into the store to call police (no service outside in lot), and was told their boss -Christine Clarenbach- had instructed them to have it towed!!! There were NO signs saying no parking, or parking only for plaza businesses, or only 1 hr parking ... no signs at all! Had to pay $275 in CASH only to Montshire Towing to get it back. Un-dun is a collection of 3 stores. A Smoke/vape product shop, an Adult novelty store, and smoke accessories store. The people who work there are kind and polite. They treat every person with respect, privacy, and a nonjudgmental demeanor. This is especially good for the adult novelty store. Let's face it, people rather hide in their homes, bury their heads in the sand, and buy their adult products online having discreet packaging so no one knows! But why!? For all those that gave Un-dun less than 5 stars are ridiculous. We are lucky to even be able to have an Adult Novelty store in the area! Places in the Mid-west and the South Ban them! Sure the prices are more expensive, but this is a privately own business not the internet or Amazon! People need to stop acting all embarrassed and then "VOMIT" a bad comment. My friends and are all 21 and we went into one of the stores to just look around at products. The store policy requires that staff check all IDs. My ID is expired by 2 weeks, but I am 21 and they still kicked me out which is kinda ridiculous. I signed up on Yelp to leave my first review because of the people and products at Undunn NH. We are in the area for 3 months and we were made to feel right at home! Words don't do justice as to how impressed I was with the shop and people in it. I am pretty informed on CBD, vape products etc but when I did have questions the staff was very patient and informative. I want to mention Chris specifically. I came in on Friday night and met him and within a minute or two I was completely at ease (no easy feat as my social anxiety is really high) and he guided me to the exact product I needed. Seriously, ask for Chris- best customer service I've ever had. They sell more CBD items than I ever knew existed and what they didn't have, they were open to learn about and order. The only drawback was the exterior. We didn't go into this shop for our first 8 weeks or so because we assumed it was just a tobacco shop. I run a design and marketing company so I look for signage and this place left a lot to be desired digitally and on their store. Don't let that fool you like it did us! They have micro-brews, a massive humidor, tons of vape tanks, coils and juice. They have Kratom and CBD and again, the best employees of a shop that I've ever met. I will be reaching out to the owners to relay my gratitude and offer them some free design work for their social media and website- that's how impressed I am. read more

I used to love going to this store (daily) to buy my cigarettes, cigarrette rolling supplies, lottery tickets, incense etc. Until the manager started nkt doing his job as well and started taking out stuff on customers when he was having a bad day. Also if you have more than a dollar in change (even less than a dollar on managers' bad days) don't plan to shop here or if they do accept partial payment in change (im talking like quarters and dimes not pennies lol) he will be rude and nasty and complain about having to count it or some crazy excuse for it damages drawers in register.... Something i might believe if we were talking many dollars in pennies or even nickels but not when it comes to a buck to few bucks in quarters and dines going along with Bill money to finish off large orders.... I also would be better understanding if the manager wasnt just being rude and nasty because of his own mood and complaining about having to count that high etc.... Umm the register counts it for you and if theres a problem with simple addition and subtraction maybe you aren't the best candidate for manager (as you have to count and separate and deposit money in large amounts regularly) or any position requiring handling money or inventory etc... Anything to do with counting accurately etc... They have a decent selection of items still but that doesnt make a difference when it comes to accuracy, professionalism etc. If you don't have that then you just have a building with staff. Whose going to pay to be verbally abused somewhere... Especially when their prices aren't the most affordable even in a three mile radius?!?!?! So sad, as I really liked this store and the other staff members and the owner. It has been neat to watch the store grow from a small shop in a small town in VT to the size and location its currently in but your staff make or break your business as much as your inventory and prices... :( as mentioned the manager was the rude guy. I've been here several times in the past, but this was my first visit since they unveiled Un Doo, the health food/coffee/ oxygen bar annex. They've expanded both stores to encompass the space that was formerly occupied by (if I remember correctly) a pool & spa store. Let me start by saying that this is the perfect place to indulge in all vices, whether they be tobacco, beer, coffee & smoothies, pipe smoking, XXX gifts, health food (admittedly, that's not a vice), and that O2 bar, which I tried for a few minutes today, and was worth every penny. If you make your way there, try "Strawberry Fields." Oh, and then there's the K-Cups. Miles and miles of K-Cups as far as the eye can see.... (OK, not THAT many. But Keurig owners locally should make their way over there. You won't be disappointed.) The staff are friendly enough, though every time I come in and the owner is there, she seems pissed off and is usually ranting loudly about something that annoys her. The rest of them mix between overly friendly, creepy, and slightly oblivious. But I will say this: they know their cigars. I was traveling on business and wanted to purchase a couple of cigars. There selection was adequate but when I wanted to take a look at the a cigar I had to ask for the case to be unlocked. This was a very minor inconvenience which I have seen at other cigar shops and is usually a town or a state ordinance. What was a surprise was that I literally was prevented from physically picking/touching the cigar. I had to point at the cigar and the staff member removed it from the case. When I reached for the cigar she had removed she literally pulled away. Took it to the register and waited for payment The staff member explained it was a FDA regulation. I checked this out and she was misinformed. I had also purchased cigars from other NH vendors in the last week and did not have this experience. Not even close. I like to touch my cigars, feel the firmness, quality and freshness. Anyone who enjoys a good cigar feels the same. I like trying different cigars and usually pay in the $10 range/each sometimes the $15-20 range. I'd never purchase a cigar of any value under these circumstances if I have a choice. I didn't and purchased a couple $5 cigars. Bad experience and unless they change their personal customer policy I won't be back nor will I recommend them to purchase a cigar. What a bunch of CROOKS! These turkeys sold me a grinder which they specifically told me was stainless steel, after telling them I did not want an aluminum grinder. I walked out the store to my car, and immediately noticed on the box, it said "high grade aluminum." I immediately tried returning the item, as it was NOT the product I was told it was, but they would do nothing to take it back or even offer me any recourse. This behavior should be criminal. My girlfriend and I started going through this three stage shop at the pipe display entrance. The worker was young, but very knowledgeable. The displays were bad__s ... I thought the rough cut cases helped with the lighting around the clear glass pipes. We then went into the adult section where the selection was excellent. I feel the worker was trying to help at first. He kept his eye on my girlfriend the whole time. When we were ready to buy he asked her if she had tried like the one we were buying. He also asked her to tell the toy. I felt he was east out of line. We then went to the beverage smoke section. We shopped for a little while and the worker from the adult section followed us in. He seemed to be interested in my girlfriend. We bought a six pack of beer and when my girlfriend paid she was handed a receipt even though she has said she didn't want it. They are age discrimitive. We walked in and none of the young staff offered to help. They were communicating with each other. Then in the back room, no one offered to help us. When we finally walked back up front to get help the 20-something stomped her feet all the way in the back room, grabbed our item and ran back up front to tally up our item. She never asked us if we'd like to see a variety of the item, and there are many varieties of what we were shopping for. She was so rude, we nearly left without the item. There were several other very young customers, they were all being helped with great expertise and kindness. The glass is decent: quality with good variety and for a fair price. But if your looking for something FULL of character you might not find it. I don't really go there for the other items they offer so I can't speak on that. The worst part, since the glass itself isn't outstandingly special, is the staff. This is best articulated through a particularly irritating experience I had the other day. But the short version is that the manager is no better than a teenage girl and a lot of the staff are rude (not all though!). I went in with my brother with the intention of purchasing a new water pipe. My brother forgot his ID, so...fair enough...they didn't let him in. Not a big deal since the pipe was for me anyway. So I looked around and had a piece all picked out. I just asked her to hold it and I'd come back when I had more time to make sure that's what I wanted (my brother had driven and he had to go to his pre-graduation setup). I came back in 10 minutes in my own car...waved to the manager so she knew she had already checked my ID and she told me to go back. After about 1 minute of talking to the girl at the back (she has an e-cig on a necklace and she's a boss so shout out to her) a dude in a green shirt runs back and tells her the manager said I can't buy anything that day unless my brother comes back in with his ID. Here's why this was annoying and, quite frankly, rude. One...the manager behaved like a child. If a customer wants to buy something but there is a problem, the manager should have the guts to speak to the customer herself and shouldn't send a lower employee. He couldn't even explain to me what exactly the situation was, so he was not the person to handle that conversation, clearly. If you can't speak to a customer yourself to tell them you do not feel comfortable selling them something, for legal reasons, then you have no business running a store. Two...that dude in the green shirt didn't even have the decency to try an let me know what was going on and why. He told the other worker not even me. I'm sorry but I'm a paying customer who has been going there for 3 years and they can't even show me the respect of explaining the situation in a kind way. He made it seem like I was a deceiver who was trying to pull a fast one on them and get glass for a minor. Even if that is your fear, you can still explain it to me nicely in the hope that if I am not a deceiver and will come back in the future. I will never be stepping foot in there again and neither will my brother, who has probably spent more than I have and he's only been 18 since march (basically he goes a lot and buys a lot). The dude in the green shirt would probably respond, "I don't really care. I'm just doing what my manager said." And that's honestly fine, because I don't need to waste money on mediocre glass anyway just for its cheap price. This is a usual favorite of my fiancé and I's place to visit when we drive an hour and a half up there. Our first time it was wonderful, a great man helped my fiancé pick out the perfect cigar for him. Our second time....was a horrifically different story. Right when we walked in a worker was blocking our way while vacuuming the store, we had to try and maneuver around him. We began walking through the store and one of the employee's started literally following us around, like a foot from me...the entire 20-30 minutes we were in there. She said, "Sorry I'm like stalking you, it's just my territory" It was weird, made me feel like i wasn't trusted, and made me super uncomfortable. My fiancé began looking through the cigars as I was near the front and I turn around to see the male vacuum employee and another female employee flirting. The girl was on top of the boy, her arms around her neck and putting her front of her body all over his back side. All of a sudden I hear her say that they should go in the back and "do something" and the male said, "I don't know how my future lover or girlfriend will feel about me doing that with an employee" to which she said, "Oh she doesn't have to know!" If I didn't think that was bad enough, soon the worker that was stalking us began literally shouting, "ORAL SEX. I WANT ORAL SEX. LET'S ALL HAVE ORAL SEX" I was horrified, I rushed over to my fiancé and told him we needed to leave and told him what they were saying and he was flabbergasted and he hurriedly picked out a cigar (just quickly grabbed a $2 cigar instead of looking for much more expensive ones) and at the cash register I over heard some of the employees talking about impregnating each other. I usually can't be bothered to post online reviews of businesses, but my experience here today was so negative that I feel a moral obligation to share with you. I visited Un Dun in search of replacement coil heads for my Kanger setup. They did carry what I needed, albeit at about 3x the cost of buying online, even after accounting for shipping. First, I was flat out ignored by an employee in the vaping section who seemed to be fiddling with a store decoration of some kind (???), even after requesting his help. I stood awkwardly by the counter until someone came from a different section. Second, no prices were labelled - probably because the merch here is obscenely overpriced. Offensive, even. A quick search online will reveal hundreds of reputable shops selling the same stuff that won't gouge you with ridiculous markups. Also, what they have marketed as the store-exclusive "Euphoric" vape kit is nothing but a Kanger E-vod starter kit in a different, fancier box. Third and arguably worst of all, there is a sign taped to the counter which reads, "IF YOU DID NOT PURCHASE YOUR PRODUCT HERE, WE WILL NOT HELP YOU." Classy. NOTE: I am rating the cigar store only. Been going there for years. Pros: Selection is pretty good for a small store. Staff are somewhat knowledgeable. Prices on some cigars are decent. Cons: Most prices for popular brands are high compared to retail stores in other areas. Discount system was ended when someone stole the stamp (Why not change stamps?) Some staff over-rate their own knowledge of cigars. Summary: I'm glad we have them although honestly their prices have driven me to online sites for most of my cigars. So I contacted Ploom, the manufacturer, and lo-and-behold it's a counterfeit.
