I stated the mere fact that the panty hose/tights that they are selling, are in fact, RUN OF THE MILL. They are not designer and are THE EXACT SAME as one would find in a CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid, supermarket, etc. They retail for roughly 6-8 dollars and they charge 34 for them. Those are just plain facts. I also stated that they can clearly do it because they are catering to people in the area, and those items are hard to come by in Stowe given the lack of drugstores. Oh and I don't have a "problem" with the prices of the clothing and shoes. This place is meant to be higher end and I have zero issue with that. My main point was the elevated price of one specific item. That was all. I even mentioned in the beginning of my review how gorgeous the clothes are, those clothes are NOT run of the mill. When I finally found a couple of bras to buy I was shocked when I got home to find that she had cut out the labels and tags and did not include a receipt in the bag. So now I have two bras that I actually like and fit well but I have no idea what either bra is should I want to buy the same style again. I'm not sure why she thinks this is good business practice.

This store used to be great and I shopped this store frequently because of…read morethe great customer service but recently they hired a new general manager who is grouchy, miserable and downright rude to customers and not willing to go out of her way to help them! I frequently buy multiple items, try them on and return the items that don't fit (especially with covid more so now) and have never had a problem returning items even with no receipt or even if the price tags have been removed. It says in their return policy keeping the tags on the items is not required for a return and they have always been able to look up receipts with the card the items were bought on. I have never ran into any issues return items with no tags or a receipt. Long story short I recently went into Victoria Secret and was helped by the new General manager who immediately was rude and started yelling at me and refused to return my items because the tags weren't on them and I didn't have the receipt. I argued with her for 20 minutes in the store while she just kept saying that its policy and she can't return my items with no tags or receipt even though it's not policy when the policy actually states you don't need the tags or receipt to return them. She clearly doesn't know the return policy very well or how to work the register well enough to return items with no tags or how to look up a receipt. I spent all day on the phone with corporate and this manager to try and get my hundreds of dollars worth of clothes returned. I wasted my time and energy when at the end of the day she was able to return them anyways (go figure). If she would have actually wanted to help me and if she would have taken the time to learn how to return them or how to look up a receipt instead of just refusing I would be a much happier customer. I now will take my money to other victoria secrets in my area.

On the night of the occasion I put the dress on and zipped it up. The zipper broke. I took the dress back hoping to get a refund or store credit. The sales person was rude to me, told me that all the dresses on the 1/2 price rack had defective zippers and thats why they were on sale. She refused to help me and now I'm stuck with a dress that has a broken zipper. In fairness I will say that I had my receipt but no tag on the dress. I tried it on in the store and did not feel I needed to keep the tag on since the dress fit. I have bought clothes from this store in the past and have been a good customer, but I will never go there again!

The stylist that I worked with was patient and easy to talk to. She was understanding and sweet when I voiced my concerns about finding a dress for my body type, and I never felt pressured to make a purchase. The selection of dresses was great. I didn't see many dresses that looked overly traditional or boring, which were things I wanted to avoid. Their dresses are bohemian but also elegant and beautiful. In the end I found a dress that I couldn't live with out!

The selection is also quite nice and there is even a wonderful and gentle lavender detergent for handwashables that I particularly enjoy... but not as much as I enjoy how good my bra feels (which means my back and shoulders and everything else feel better too). Sorta pricey but worth it. You see you're paying for quality that makes a difference and there is a nice little bra buying club.

My right size was completely different and Heather, the lovely lady there who helped us, found me a few really great ones. I wore one of them out of the store, that is how big of a difference the new bras were. Already I can see that my posture is better and the bra fits absolutely perfectly. Heather helped both of us and was super helpful and accommodating. While the prices are high, I see now that you really do need to pay for quality with these types of things and first and foremost, make sure you are wearing the right size!! Overall, this was a necessity for me to have done and I left the store with three perfectly fitting bras.
