As I've never been able to find bras that actually fit, until yesterday when I stopped by Nicolette's incredible shop. Upon entering I was greeted and immediately was guided towards multiple options that would fit my petite form and my particular style & taste. I got to try them on and walked out with new options that help me to feel empowered, sexy and slightly badass. ; ) Nicolette has this way of helping you to feel comfortable in a way I've never experienced in a lingerie shop before. This isn't a store with seasonal employees who know nothing more than you do for how to fit a bra (ie measuring around your bust underneath your boob and then including your boobs)- the employees here know WAY more about fitting, bras, how to treat your bras properly. The selection is also quite nice and there is even a wonderful and gentle lavender detergent for handwashables that I particularly enjoy... but not as much as I enjoy how good my bra feels (which means my back and shoulders and everything else feel better too). Sorta pricey but worth it. You see you're paying for quality that makes a difference and there is a nice little bra buying club.

My right size was completely different and Heather, the lovely lady there who helped us, found me a few really great ones. I wore one of them out of the store, that is how big of a difference the new bras were. Already I can see that my posture is better and the bra fits absolutely perfectly. Heather helped both of us and was super helpful and accommodating. While the prices are high, I see now that you really do need to pay for quality with these types of things and first and foremost, make sure you are wearing the right size!! Overall, this was a necessity for me to have done and I left the store with three perfectly fitting bras.

Granted, it WAS 6 weeks from the time I bought the wand until I opened it. The packaging was supposed to have a storage bag and a USB cord for charging. It did not. I went back to the store to get an exchange, not a refund. A female employee greeted me and I asked her about an exchange. As I was telling her my issue another female employee (I assume some sort of mgr. or owner) came to the counter and immediately started berating me. "Really? Six weeks?" I said I wasn't looking for refund just exchange. Her: "How do I know you didn't just take them?" I told you she wouldn't. "See?", she said. The she said, "You'll have to contact the manufacturer." I said "You sell me a defective item and it's MY fault?" Her: "Well...you don't have to shop here." Furthermore, their prices are outrageous as I was to find out after doing some comparison shopping. They know they have a captive audience when it come to adult novelties. This sorry excuse of a customer service person totally shocked me. ZERO knowledge of how to work with customers. If this infected boil of an employee were on fire and I had a glass of water, I'd drink the water. My rating is actually ZERO stars.

On the night of the occasion I put the dress on and zipped it up. The zipper broke. I took the dress back hoping to get a refund or store credit. The sales person was rude to me, told me that all the dresses on the 1/2 price rack had defective zippers and thats why they were on sale. She refused to help me and now I'm stuck with a dress that has a broken zipper. In fairness I will say that I had my receipt but no tag on the dress. I tried it on in the store and did not feel I needed to keep the tag on since the dress fit. I have bought clothes from this store in the past and have been a good customer, but I will never go there again!

When I finally found a couple of bras to buy I was shocked when I got home to find that she had cut out the labels and tags and did not include a receipt in the bag. So now I have two bras that I actually like and fit well but I have no idea what either bra is should I want to buy the same style again. I'm not sure why she thinks this is good business practice.
