Due to various circumstances I had to reschedule 3 times but Kyrstal worked with me on a final date. She took me through the process of working up an estimate and explained the charges. She estimated our house would take 1 1/2 hours to clean. We also had a water outlet that she needed to use. Krystal arrived on time and we reviewed the job. She got to work and we went to run errands. We returned in an hour and a half and Krystal was just finishing up. We checked her work and the carpets looked better than they did when we moved in this time last year. There was only one stain that concerned me but it came out with no hint it had ever been there.
