My brother has been a member since he joined the USMC, and as a retiree, uses them for most of his banking needs. With two branches in Miami, we went to the closest one to the Port of Miami. I'm a member too (through him), so I did some banking while we were there. A lot of the transactions can get complicated, so the wait can be a bit long. There is a greeter who asks how they could help...any personal banker needs is directed to sit down while waiting for one of five bankers to get free. Things that can be done with a teller, is directed to a single line with 2 tellers. Once I got to front, it didn't take very long, and the teller was very pleasant, apologizing for the wait. I was done quick, with my brother taking a bit longer. He later told me, it had been a pleasant exchange.

Employees here don't know anything about customer service, went to get some change for my business…read moreand business lane was closed. I approached the lady at the customer service stand to help me get the change I need since the lane was closed ( i asked because other branches had help me getting the change) she did care any less, told me that there's nothing she can do to help me and send me back to the end of the line with around 30 people and on top of that was said with bad attitude. Now while I was in line, a guy in a wheelchair and a pregnant woman was send to make a line mind you line was longer than when I got there. To the cherry on top; when there were only two people left ahead of me, a guy went straight to the closed business lane and was called even so the line was closed. ( I had already been in line for 1 hr and 20 mins) At the end is our fault to keep doing business with this bank that they dont respect people nor your time. ‍
