Great quality patio furniture with long lasting Sunbrella fabric. Love the sectionals and sofa groups. On the cutting edge of design

Now after 2 months, still waiting. The customer service / sales rep doesn't care other than making a sale to meet the quota. Absolutely no communication even an email notifying me any updates on my order. As they already took your money and deal with the after service yourself. I believe these guys have no money invested in inventory. After they take your payment then they place an actual order from their source likely far out in Asia, taking weeks to months to be shipped here over sea. Keeping a lean business with a few samples in the store front; while selling you something they never even have. Be aware! Unless you have months and months to wait for your furnitur; or else suggest some other more established brand names with real inventory and real customer service. Really bad customer experience !

Therefore only 1 leg screwed in without issues. I called the main office line for support and was directed to call the store where I bought my couch. I called Richmond store and spoke to Judy who said she would talk to her manager about calling a furniture doctor to my place. I told her that I have no other couch to sit on so please respond quickly. She said that she had a customer so she couldn't speak to me. I emailed a picture to them of the issues. This was Friday morning and as of now, Monday lunchtime, nobody has responded. I bought a small table and sofa bed and have been given poor customer service!! I will never go to Structube again and do not recommend this store. They will take your money but not provide service if you have a problem. I'm dissatisfied. The one positive note was the delivery service went well. They were professional.

"FAKE Invoice" & "FAKE Tent Sale" Concerns -- The "Greatest FAKE Brick"(Richmond, BC)…read more I'm sharing a friend's experience so other customers can be cautious. During a recent purchase, my friend learned that the extended warranty is optional, yet the sales consultant (Alia) presented it as though it were required and "FREE". In negotiations, my friend felt pressured to add the warranty with a promise it would be "cashed back" after three years. This felt misleading and not transparent. Invoice accuracy: the delivery fee appeared as $89 when the correct amount should have been $44.50. Careful review caught the discrepancy and prevented overpayment. Other concerns: my friend was told to cancel a so-called "fake invoice" (an unusual term we haven't encountered elsewhere) and was urged to leave a 10% hold-back/deposit. There was also a "FAKE tent sale" promotion that, in my friend's view, didn't align with the pricing discussed. Tips for customers: ***Be cautious of sales tricks designed to pressure you -- remember, the money is in your control ***The warranty is optional not "FREE". If you consider it, get all promises (e.g., "cash back in 3 years") in writing. ***Verify every line of the invoice (prices, fees, delivery) before paying. ***Avoid any deposit/10%hold-back until the invoice exactly matches the agreed terms. ***If unusual terms like "fake invoice" are mentioned, ask for a written explanation and keep copies of all documents. Overall: Shop at "The FAKE Brick (Richmond, BC)" carefully, take your time go to other Furniture Stores and be alert if they put pressure into extras. Always double-check the paperwork before you leave.

I liked the store from the outside, was thinking of trying it inside. I ve never been to this mall…read moresince im from alberta. I went inside and was going to look for airpod case or other thing. The asian lady with blonde hair. Was like " mask please " i was like oh yeah i have a mask. While i was putting the mask on i was asking the question & she simply rudely said i can't answer until u have mask. Mam first of all u aren't standing by the door to care for people whether they are wearing masks or not. You simply were just giggling on ur laptop. Secondly, u could have let me finish my mask thing instead of stopping me in the middle of my question. Or maybe you just preferred if i was asian? Freaking rude. After her response i left. I didn't even bother to ask or whatever.

I was in the market for an umbrella when I found one here! It looks like a kokeshi (kimono girl…read moredoll) when it is closed. The head is the handle when you use the umbrella, but the neat part is, the body part is a hard plastic cover!! This actually keeps the wetness inside, so you can stash it in your bag after you've used it, without getting your bag wet. Forget those flimsy bags made of the same material as the umbrella! The construction ("skeleton") of the umbrella isn't that sturdy, so I have to be always afraid of windy rainy days. I hope to make this convenient umbrella last as long as I can. I had to take a chance, though, since I could not open the umbrella and see its construction or its size. They did not allow customers to open the umbrellas, which is understandable, but they could have at least had one sample out. All they could tell me was that this umbrella is smaller than the other one that was shaped like an ice wine bottle (but they didn't have a sample of that one, either). That's why I can't give them 4 stars, despite all the cuteness they carry. I think they accepted Debit, but not Credit, but I'm not sure.
