Everything was beautiful. I met with the surgeon felt comfortable he answered all of my questions and then some! I also explained I wanted to pay cash for my procedure and facility, fees, anesthesiology, etc. I was reassured multiple times. This was not a problem. I paid my surgeon fees and the deposit no problem. Two weeks prior to my surgery I had my preop appointment and was told that I had to drive to the surgery center or get a cashiers check. This is not cash!!!??? I ended up driving to the surgery center making my payment, I did express that this was inconvenient and not patient friendly and the next thing I know they canceled my surgery! Shame on you Bayview plastic surgery and Surgery center of Silverdale! No Grace! I was told there needed to be trust between all parties.....Only they do not trust me because I was honest because I was lied to, and I was made promises, the office manager of Bayview plastic surgery could not provide that they would take my money and pay the facility and THEY could not fulfill this promise! 2 weeks prior to surgery...... Hmmmm The sure fact I had to take off work and spend hours driving back and forth! I'am very passionate when I am told one thing and given a different answer after the fact!
