I remember complaining about it in the office, to which i was instructed to massage it & it should heal properly. Yeah, it never did. I hate to say it like that, but when ya pay over 9 grand for a procedure, you expect a bit better. I had actually contacted their office a few months after surgery bc I KNEW something started looking off, but why go back to the same person who f'd you up in the first place? So now someone has to spend 3 hours fixing my wonky nose. Please consider going elsewhere.

From my very first phone call, the entire process was smooth and efficient. I was able to get a consultation in a timely manner and schedule my surgery the very same day. The payment process was simple and convenient, and I was able to take care of everything during that appointment. Dr. Ehret's assistant, Amanda, was amazing throughout the process. She was incredibly helpful, responded quickly to my questions, and made everything feel easy and stress-free. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt comfortable and well cared for. One thing I especially appreciated was that Dr. Ehret never pressured me toward a particular procedure or implant size. He carefully took measurements, explained my options, and showed me what would work best for my body and frame. The imaging process was incredibly helpful because it allowed me to see how different sizes and profiles would look on my own body from multiple angles. I also had access to the images afterward, which gave me time to review everything at home and make a confident decision. At no point did I feel rushed. On the morning of surgery, I waited only a few minutes before being called back. Every staff member was friendly, professional, and reassuring. They thoroughly reviewed my information, answered all of my questions, and explained exactly what they would be doing. Dr. Ehret personally completed multiple measurements and markings before surgery and took the time to address any remaining concerns. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of comfort provided before the procedure. I walked into the operating room, where they gave me a warm air blanket and adjusted my pillow to make me comfortable. The next thing I knew, I was waking up in recovery with two wonderful nurses taking care of me. They made sure I was comfortable, gave me water and applesauce, helped me get dressed when I was ready, and ensured I felt stable before escorting me out to my car. I even managed to leave my glasses behind. The office contacted my husband right away and had them ready for pickup when he arrived, which was greatly appreciated. My post-operative appointment was just as positive as the rest of the experience. Dr. Ehret carefully checked my incisions, answered my questions, and provided clear instructions for recovery. The entire process was seamless, and my pain has been very minimal. I highly recommend Dr. Ehret and Aesthetic Surgery Centre & Medical Spa to anyone considering a cosmetic procedure. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for their patients made this an outstanding experience from beginning to end.

I feel it is important to update my review because I am still dealing with the devastating…read moreconsequences of my facelift. I was left disfigured and severely scarred, stitches that were left in my neck and never removed and the emotional impact has been enormous. What is especially upsetting is what happened afterward. Dr. Pratt acknowledged the problems with my results and promised to address them with a revision. However, he retired before he could follow through on those promises. After Dr. Pratt left, I reached out to the remaining surgeons at the practice for help, but they refused to take on my case or provide the revision care I had been promised. The lack of meaningful follow-up and support from the surgery center has been incredibly distressing. After trusting a practice with such a significant procedure, I expected care, accountability, and help when the outcome was unacceptable. Instead, I was left to deal with the consequences on my own. The severe scarring has profoundly affected my confidence and quality of life, and I am devastated by what happened. I trusted this practice with my face, and I never expected to be left feeling this way after surgery. The most painful part has been not only the result, but feeling abandoned when I needed help correcting it.

They met me where I was at emotionally and mentally which I greatly appreciated. If I could give more stars I would. The staff here make the journey easy and I highly recommend them!!!

For the girl or guy who is scared to get liposuction at this clinic:…read moreYesterday I had liposuction done by doctor Perez at the Tacoma clinic. Waist, hips, and full abdomen. I cannot stress how well I feel this procedure went. Like anyone I looked at the reviews before I booked the surgery and was SPOOKED. The recent reviews are filled with bad experiences. So when I called Liz to schedule my procedure (after she chit chatted with me about a trip I had just been on) I let her know my worries and concerns and the amount of reassurance that woman gave me was astounding. She let me know that most people with good experiences don't leave reviews so I'm here to do just that. Not only is the whole team that worked on me so amazing and friendly, but they walked me through every last silly little question the whole way through with zero annoyance or frustration. And boy did I have a LOT. During the procedure they played the kind of music I wanted to listen to and allowed me to have my face covered with glasses on so I wouldn't have to see what was going on upon request. All that to say this is not a completely painless procedure, BUT it is only in the beginning with the numbing. It was the equivalent of getting numbed up at the dentist just a bit longer and on your stomach haha. Some spots were more uncomfortable than others but all completely bearable. You truly are getting what you pay for when you decide on sono bello. I will update 3 months from now when I'm less swollen and more healed, but as of right now I am beyond happy with the procedure and it gives me confidence that everything will heal wonderfully.
