The falafel wrap and Banh Mi (v) were very good and the chips can be substituted for a house salad or fries, which we did. The dressing was light and I enjoyed it. We completely understand that restaurants can have policies regarding reservations, especially on busy holidays, but there is a respectful and professional way to communicate that to guests. We were looking forward to celebrating Father's Day together, and instead we left feeling frustrated and disappointed. The poor customer service left a bad taste in our mouths and unfortunately overshadowed what should have been a special family occasion.
