A great team arrived that was efficient and personable. we opened the door for them in the morning and they went to work. Our house was built in 2000 so after 25 years of occasional leaks it seemed like a good idea to just check. Sure enough, lots of mold under the floor, behind the wall and under the cabinet into the hallway. Tyler salvaged what he could and thoroughly treated the affected areas. Unfortunately it turned out to be a bigger problem than I originally thought it was.
