I had to wait for 10 minutes before they brought out the food for the six items that were missing no beef no rolls no bacon no salad no fried onions no mushrooms, it was make your own cheesesteak when I asked the woman that called our table. She blamed it on the kitchen. I feel sorry for the chef because the food was exceptional and on point they just did not communicate with the kitchen that they were out of food. The desserts looked lovely, but they ran out before I could get any, it's unfortunate to have point on excellent food and a great chef but the buffet line didn't have the food it was in the kitchen .

There is a huge parking lot and the Center conveniently connects to the Westin Hotel, which was a no-brainer for guests who over indulged at the festivities. There was a separate ballroom for cocktail hour and the actual reception, and it was more than enough space for 180 guests. The main ballroom is beautiful with a large dance floor, bar, and plenty of room for round tables, a DJ stand, dessert bar, etc. The staff had service down to a science. Hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour were continuously replenished, dinner entrees were served one entire table at a time so that no one guest would be left without food, and I never had to wait more than a few minutes at the bar for a drink despite the constant line of guests. What really surprised me about the Chase Center was their catering. You don't hear this often, but the food was AMAZING. The cocktail hour had passed dishes such as bacon wrapped scallops, crab cakes, and pork belly, all of which were extremely popular. The bride and groom also selected the Pan Asian station, which should be at every wedding. It featured chicken skewers, dumplings, tempura shrimp, various sushi rolls, and dipping sauces. I couldn't help myself, it was all so good that I hardly saved room for dinner. My entree was steak "medallions" which were really more like two entire 3 or 4 ounce fillets. They were perfectly cooked delicious. There were also vegetables and mashed potatoes in gravy, and despite being way too full from earlier everyone around me cleared their plates. My only complaints are minor. Those who paid for the wedding were disappointed that they could not box all the leftover food. We understood it's not a restaurant, but if food is completely paid for and prepared and served in-house it shouldn't go in the trash. Also, the staff promptly locked off the bridal suite adjacent to the ballroom after the event ended, leaving bouquets, clothing, and other items belonging to the bridal party stuck inside until the following Monday.

The indoor venue overlooks a sprawling golf course that is well-kept. Unfortunately, the entrance to the indoor venue is shockingly low-key. No ambient lighting, no classic ambiance, and barely 1-2 office plants in the hallway. If you were blindfolded and dropped off in the lobby, you would have thought you were in a 90's office building rather than the wedding venue of a country club. The coat check room was open with no one manning the station. The staff for the cocktail hour was polite and helpful. The food was average with nothing truly standing out, but nothing really bad either. The bar was not what I call a fully-stocked bar: No milk/cream for mixed drinks, no vodka, no Jameson... and at two Long Island Iced Teas I should have been at least a little delightfully tipsy but was stone-cold sober, so not very strong either. The reception staff, while polite, started cleaning up unused coffee cups and drinks an hour before the end of the reception, which was not very hospitable since I was waiting to be done with my wedding cake slice before looking for the coffee. It felt like they were eager to go home and clearly wanted you to be out of there early. Unfortunately, it's just not a very impressive venue.

The location is very pretty yet still convenient to I-95. Both the buffet food at the rehearsal dinner and the sit-down meal at the reception were mediocre. I tried the tilapia, chicken, and beef off the buffet, and had the beef at the reception. All of them were pretty tasteless in heavy, bland sauces. The green beans were mushy, and the potatoes overcooked. The meatball soup, however, was delicious, and so were the various desserts at the dessert bar. The wedding cake was pretty but it took them so long to cut it up that we ended up leaving before it was put out. The biggest complaint we had was the terrible customer service. The club fired their wedding coordinator a week before my SIL's wedding and the replacement was a real witch to my IL's. The A/C wasn't working properly and being a June afternoon, it was sweltering in the ballroom. The coordinator refused to prop open the doors out to the balcony because the club had double-booked another wedding. That's the club's problem- why should the guests at SIL's wedding have to suffer because of it? The servers also never brought out my meal, and of course, the coordinator was nowhere to be found at that point. My 3 kids ended up sharing 2 kids' meals, my DH ate the 3rd kid's meal (which was tastier than his meal) and I ate his. I would NOT recommend this venue to other brides.

They brought everything with them and we had a fantastic party. The food was great. It was so nice to have a party and not have to stress about getting everything, preparing everything and cleaning up. When they left, you would never have even known that I had a party. Planned and hosted an anniversary party for our parents at the end of June. Yasmin and the entire event planning team are amazing! They are extremely thorough, helpful in providing recommendations when thinking through particular details (e.g. decor and layouts), and just have the best energy that makes for a positive experience at every step of the event process. And the day-of staff are great also! They were all so professional, showed a bit of personality when interacting with me and other guests and were all very attentive. This time, we had the half ballroom given the number of guests (~50 people RSVP'd), but the full ballroom is available if you have a higher guest count. Everything was so great that many of the guests have been asking about this place for possible parties/milestone events they want to host in the near future If you are looking for a venue that provides you with excellent service and support when planning your special occasion - and is reasonable in pricing when considering private venues - this is the place to check out! As a member of the wedding party we arrived at 7am to begin getting ready. Unfortunately our first impression of the venue was a very bad one. A continental breakfast buffet was supposed to be set up in the bridal suite, and when we walked in it was absolutely infested with ants. Ants on the pastries, in the fruit, on the table cloth, and walking in and out of the coffee pots. It made us wonder how long the food had been sitting out prior to our scheduled arrival and how on earth that many bugs were already present. It took a long time to be able to find any worker to deal with the issue, and even longer to rectify it. An employee sprayed Raid all over the tablecloth before taking everything away, so that smell lingered in the air. It was nearly nine by the time we got all the food and drinks set up again. Dinner service was also very slow with long wait times for some tables in between courses. Some tables were finished eating before others began. It took two and half hours to serve salad, entrees, and desserts for roughly 80 guests, which left less than an hour for music and dancing. Despite the snafus, the venue is still gorgeous and makes an wonderful backdrop for photos. The grounds are very well maintained and picturesque and the house is classic and lovely. I especially loved the back patio that overlooks the lawn and faces west so you get a beautiful sunset over the trees. The staff I interacted with were very gracious, and the food was very good.
