This is a big, beautiful venue. Parking was plentiful and clean. Come here for the 2016 Fine Arts Fair and it was really nice.

“I don't know if it was the conference organizers or the location, but they included gender neutral bathrooms and a lactation room which is awesome.”

There are enough security people and ushers to assist you so you shouldn't have any issues. There are food and drinks throughout the arena though you'll need a credit or debit card to make a purchase. It is definitely a good place to see an event.

Visited the Santander Arena this past weekend for an old school hip hop concert. I didn't even know…read morethe arena existed prior to my friend suggested this concert. After this show, I doubt I'd see another show here. The area is conveniently located across from a hotel, which is great if you're traveling to Reading, PA like we were from another city or state. Unfortunately I cannot review the parking situation, because with took a Lyft there. But it seemed like everyone parked away from the arena. All of the staff was extremely friendly. From the attendant that helped us find our seats to the nice lady who sold us the $15 deuce-deuce can I'd Trulys. It's really sad how ridiculous these arena prices arena! The seats at the Santander were horrible. Of course because it's a concert, everybody was dancing and having a great time, but the seats were wobbling and moving more than we were. I felt like I was going to end up in the floor! The sound system wasn't the best either. Most times, the music was completely overpowering the artist. For these two reasons, I doubt I'll be back. But the concert was great!

We've been to a ton of hockey games, and I've personally been to plenty of other sporting events, but nothing has come close to this experience. If you're visiting Philadelphia, going to a Flyers game needs to be on your itinerary! First off, the fans here are the real deal. The passion for this team is incredible, and the atmosphere makes the entire game so much fun. Even though the Flyers were off to a rough start this season, they played with a ton of grit and heart, and I genuinely enjoyed watching them compete. You can tell the fans care deeply about this team, and that energy makes a huge difference. But let's be honest, the biggest highlight is GRITTY. We paid extra to sit in Gritty's Chaos Corner in Section 122, and it was 110% worth every penny. I don't care what anyone says: NO mascot comes close to Gritty. The guy is absolute comedy gold. My wife and I were laughing so hard our cheeks and abs hurt! He had us entertained the entire time, and I genuinely don't think I've ever laughed that much at a sporting event. Gritty took pictures and videos with everyone in the section and was especially great with all the little kids. He somehow manages to be completely ridiculous while still being incredibly entertaining and making sure everyone is having a good time. And despite what you might assume, there really is NO safe zone in that section! If you sit in Section 122, be prepared to get popcorn thrown at you and silly string shot in your direction. And I'm not even going to spoil what he does to bald guys, but trust me, it's hilarious! If you want this experience, make sure you purchase your tickets directly through the official Flyers website and look for Gritty's Chaos Corner. Beyond Gritty and the atmosphere, the arena itself was great. There were plenty of food options, some awesome merchandise, and a cool jumbotron that added to the overall experience. Everything came together to make this an incredibly fun night. Honestly, this was the highlight of our entire Philadelphia trip. We went in expecting a fun hockey game and walked away having experienced something genuinely unforgettable. Between the passionate fans, the Flyers playing with heart, and Gritty being an absolute legend, this was next-level entertainment. I cannot recommend attending a Flyers game at Xfinity Mobile Arena enough. And if you can swing the extra cost, DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND BOOK GRITTY'S CHAOS CORNER! You won't regret it. Gritty is an absolute national treasure, and Philadelphia should be proud to have him. Room for improvement…read more Let's start with the bad. 1) Even with prepaid parking it is a shitshow. They didn't have parking availability at the event so I opted to park across the street in the Citizens Bank Parking Lot. The individuals who are directing traffic and letting you in do not do a great job. They were waving me to go around when that was not correct at all, luckily I pulled a U turn and had my car half way in the lot when he said pull in. He was legit trying to get me lost after I paid for reserve parking in that designated lot. 2)Went to Chickie's and Pete's ordered one basket of tenders with fries, another order of fries, and three cokes. Bill came to $78, when I asked for a breakdown, the cashier gave me a look like I had three heads and said they don't do that and handed my a receipt just with the total charge on it. The Venue itself presents well, and we had seats in section 113 center which made my first WWE event a very pleasurable experience. Now should I mention that three tickets at this level total almost $1,000? A very expensive night out to go to most events at the Xfinity Mobile Area. You do have Xfinity Live! within a few blocks with big screens and good eats, I would probably opt to watch events at Xfinity Live instead but if you're jonesing to see the event in person be sure to save up for the event. As always people SYOY!!!

My friend and I came to Subaru Park for the second time yesterday for a Philadelphia Union game…read more This time we were in Section 132 row DD which is near the top of the corner with the river and bridge behind us. Last time we were on the video board side also in the corner upper rows. Directly opposite of where we sat last night. Both areas had great views of the field and for the most part we were able to watch the game without issues. When people and their kids were constantly getting up to let others through or kids just bored talking loud, playing loud videos, or moving around the stands without parents being parents, then there were problems which were at times difficult to deal with. Another issue which I did not even think to consider is that where we were, and having the river behind us, is that there were numerous flies making things irritating. Parking is in numerous lots throughout the area and all are cashless, so buy your pass before and get the code emailed to you to be scanned by the attendants. Police are plentiful directing traffic before and after the game. Subaru Park holds 20,000. There's plenty of bathrooms, multiple food stands (average food at high prices), and if you don't mind 24/7 cheering, the Sons of Ben section almost next to us will make you wonder how many sore throats there are the day after games. Some sections have signage specifically stating that they are standing allowed sections. The Sons of Ben sections also have signs saying you can expect to stand the whole game. Overall, we had a great time and are 2-0 with Union wins both games we attended. When we come back again, we'll be shooting for the video board side for our seats. No flies, less kids, not as much noise from the Sons of Ben (sorry, everyone) and less windy! Go Union! Ba-ba-baba-ba-ba-ba-ba....Heeeeeeyyy You! For about 20 minutes straight....

I like that this stadium was designed for soccer matches rather than sharing with other sports. It's not overwhelming, easy to get to the vendors you want, the bathrooms are clean, no roof, and you can see everything happening on the pitch without looking up at the screen. The river/bridge is right behind one side with a nice view from behind the opposing team's supporter section. The parking lot can use some work but I'm sure that will come in time.
