My wife and I needed to get me a RAV4 Hybrid in order to accommodate my impending hip replacement,…read moreas our now other car is a 2017 Prius Prime PHEV that unfortunately sits too low, forcing me to perform minor leg gymnastics to enter or exit the car. I checked status on a target red XLE on their site and not long after, Jesus Contreras reached out to discuss. It turned out that car was in the process of sale. Jesus then asked what I was interested in. I explained Ruby Red Pearl 2025 RAV4 Hybrid XLE with Convenience Package. He researched and came back stating that they had what we desired currently awaiting build in Japan. The delivery time was a month and a few days away, so he suggested a deposit would lock it in for us. We could then relax and just wait. (And fend off other dealers calling to ask if we'd want t look at something not red...). We took delivery of the red RAV on 6 March. José understood we had a wee bit of a time crunch and effortlessly stepped up through our cash purchase while the RAV was being readied (having just arrived the day before from the port). The point to my recommendation was Jesus was approachable, true to his word, a no pressure guy and accommodating. When we arrived at the dealership on the 6th, we found a clean welcoming and warm environment, a nice looking dealership and - and above all, we were treated with respect and not one iota of pressure from anyone. We had bought the Prime at Capitol Toyota in 2017 and the experience was totally different (mainly due having bought it in their old facility, prior to the new and larger complex be opened. Not horrible, but it was certainly missing the warmth of Steven's Creek Toyota - everyone was relaxed - many checking if we needed anything while waiting the on purchase to be concluded. So. Ask for Jesus Contreras if you're in the market for a new Toyota. I'm sure you'll agree with me that he's the real deal.

If you're going for the classic American car-buying experience, you should buy from here. But I'll…read moredo you one better;buy from Matt. That way, after you spend $50k and get home to discover parts are missing, you can jump right into the "what do you mean" game: you'll run around, get ghosted, and then, because the customer appreciation package is totally included, you'll get to enjoy the sequel. First, you'll get a couple rounds of "they're in the mail." Then, once that runs its course, you can play another round of ghosting before you're finally handed the parts department number and told to start the games over again. For additional time, effort, and fun. Yay! Stevens Creek Toyota; making car buying great again.

We came in specifically to see the Mazda CX-50. From the moment Justin greeted us, he was incredibly helpful. As the conversation progressed, it felt less like a sales pitch and more like a friend helping us make the right decision. There was zero "hard sell" pressure, which we really appreciated. Justin was also very transparent with the out-the-door quote and worked hard to get us the best value. If you're looking for a Mazda, go see Justin, he's straightforward and genuine!

Dishonest service crew, deceptive advertising, and a disgusted customer…read more I have had exactly three interactions with this service center, and I have left disgusted every single time. The first red flag was in 2023. My girlfriend brought in her two-year-old Mazda CX-5, and the service advisor tried to hand us an $800+ bill for a laundry list of services--including a brake fluid change and tire balancing. Mind you, this was a nearly new vehicle, and not a single one of those services was on Mazda's recommended maintenance schedule. It was a blatant cash grab. The second red flag was in 2024. We went in for basic maintenance and dealt with a service rep trying to trick us into the exact same round of unnecessary brake fluid changes and tire balancing. When we saw through it and refused, she dropped all professionalism and hit us with an incredibly condescending, "Sure, I meannn... it is your car." The final straw was today. I booked an appointment based on a promotional oil change offer they were running. The moment we arrived, the service guy pulled a classic bait-and-switch, claiming that due to "fine print," they actually had to charge us an additional $50+. Maybe it's our fault for not bringing a magnifying glass to read their ads, but I would much rather do business with a service shop that is transparent and honest. This place relies on deception and upselling to make a buck. I absolutely do not recommend anyone use their service. No customer should have to experience this level of disrespect.

My partner and I came in on August 18, 2026, to look at a red Mercedes-Benz I had seen online…read more Before coming in, I spoke with Mike and he showed us the car when we arrived. I told him that I liked the vehicle and was prepared to purchase it, but I had one condition: the chip in the clear coat on the hood needed to be repaired. I specifically pointed it out to Mike, and he looked at it, touched it, and assured me, "We can fix that." I asked him multiple times whether he was certain it could be repaired and whether it could be included in the contract. He repeatedly confirmed that it would be fixed. I overlooked several other issues with the vehicle, including additional paint chips, torn leather, peeling areas on the steering wheel and buttons, and the fact that the car was extremely dirty. I was also told that the vehicle would be detailed. Despite these other issues, my only real ask was the specific chip on the hood, and I made that clear. I confirmed with both Mike and the sales manager Ellen that this particular chip would be repaired. Because we live approximately two hours away, we took a day off work and were instructed to bring the vehicle back on August 24, when the person who repairs paint chips would supposedly be there. However, that appointment was never actually scheduled. We therefore had to take another day off work and return on August 25. After waiting approximately 4.5 hours for the cleaning to be completed (yet the car was not entirely clean it was still dirty after) We were then told that the person responsible for repairing the chip had already left and that we would need to return yet again. I returned alone after another two-hour drive and confirmed the appointment for 12pm the day before. Then, at 11:48 a.m.--less than 15 minutes before I arrived--Mike texted me informing me that the person who repairs the chips was not there. I waited until I was told the repair had supposedly been completed, only to discover that the chip I had specifically pointed out from the beginning was still there. Mike then told me that they had repaired a different, much smaller chip nearby instead. After all the time, travel, missed work, and repeated assurances that the specific chip would be repaired, I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. I was very clear from the beginning that repairing that particular chip on the hood was my only condition for purchasing the vehicle. I relied on Mike's repeated assurances that it would be taken care of, and I made multiple trips based on that promise. Instead, the issue I specifically identified before purchasing the vehicle remains unresolved.
