They answer their questions and give them ideas on what sets they should get and they always keep it affordable when making a suggestion. I'm always nervous to try new places like this because of how easy it is to drop a ton of money, but I am always so appreciative of how affordable the prices are. They aren't annoyed to pull down a few boxes to let them look at them before making their decision on what to get. After you enter Michaels, on the right, there was a huge Order Pickup sign and shelves with orders and names. This is a Grab & Go Self Service area and I was able to locate my name easily. Of course, since I was already in the store, I walked around as well. I could spend hours browsing the store. All the aisles were fully stocked, labeled, and organized. There were items on clearance and other good finds.

I was/still am going through a lot family stuff so I just placated him and said I would remove the review, basically because I didn't need anymore stress in my life. But I do want to post this and let people know he will go out his way to track you down on social media. Instead of trying to take responsibility, it was everyone else's fault. If you came to me with out the attitude and took some blame for the mess up of some one vending at a table with your table runner on it, I'd go the extra mile and say how great you were. Instead I have avoided your booth like the plague and have not returned to you store. I visited twice and thought it was a nice little shop. I have friends who play there and say they only do so because they have no where else to go.
