RC cars are designed to break in certain areas to prevent other areas from getting damaged, and ordering parts and repairing the RC cars and planes is a HUGE part of the hobby and an important learning lesson for kids. That being said when I went in there were only kids working the shop, but one of the gentlemen/kids was pretty knowledgeable. I think for what it is this is a good shop with a variety of things to offer. A 1 star review about not being able to use the bathroom is just rude and should not be warranted.
