These guys do things right!!…read more They found parts for my 2008 LG front loader washer and were fast and courteous. It s fixed and runs like it did when it was new. They saved me 100's of $. They are a small business with excellent service. They took my machine with them to repair at their shop as it needed a big part. They had it done in 2 days and brought it back the next. It was starting to wear out I forgot how quiet it used to be and it's the same quiet again. First time it ever needed a new part. That machine has done 100's of loads over 14 years and it's like brand new again. It's refreshing to have good service and a very fair price. They only charge $45 for a service call. I don't know anyone who does that now.

I was referred to Crocker after having to deal with an HVAC contractor who did everything wrong,…read moretook shortcuts and ghosted me for weeks at a time. Crocker came out and inspected my HVAC system. A few days later I received a phone call from Jim who wanted to personally come out and take a look at things - no charge. Jim walked me through the HVAC system, pointing out what was incorrect and what needed to be done in order to fix the issues and be up to code. Crocker was on time, efficient, and made sure I understood the work that needed to be done. Now everything is working as expected and no issues so Im very happy with the results. Thank you!

This company will make you bankrupt! I called them for a tune up of our AC unit in March and they…read moresent a technician who made the system work after changing numerous parts. The total bill was nearly $900. We did not use the system until June and discovered that it did not start. I suspected a failure of one of the numerous parts that were replaced and anticipated that the warranty for the parts would cover the service call. Their technician came in the morning and started to replace some of the same parts that were installed three months earlier. He also replaced a motherboard, contactor, coil (both were brand new), and took apart the unit covers and the thermostat. After four hours, the technician declared that he had to stop as he was to miss his lunch time. As he was leaving, he mentioned that the problem was a short in two wires ... and that the blower motor fried during his testing procedure. He never bothered to reinstall the covers or the thermostat. The bill for his "service" is $1,000. When the technician left, the AC was in worse shape than when he arrived, and Crocker expects me to pay to make my system inoperable. If you want to have Crocker come to destroy your system, bill you for unneeded parts in the hope that you will install a new system, then Crocker is who to call. Otherwise, save your money and call an HVAC business that is not a crook.

Around 1pm they called back and advised that Valerie was coming right over. Valerie immediately knew the problem with the gas cooktop and fixed the alignment of the sparkers and gas venturis. I asked her to have a look at our Miele dishwasher while she was there because it wasn't draining properly. She removed the checkvalve under the sink (which had become stuck and useless), and it drains perfectly. Highly recommended appliance repair company. This was perfect for me because I felt like I was doing something to solve this problem. When it was clear that I needed a professional, Roy booked a time and showed up on the dot. He found and fixed the problem and only charged a small amount. He also assured me that this was a particular fridge model that is worth keeping.
