Available discounts for military and seniors. They give you a loyalty card; stamp it every visit that earns you a free wash (regular wash value) on your eighth visit. Smooth process from start to finish. It took an hour for a medium-size car to get waxed. Satisfied with the quick waxed service. Staff were nice and courteous. The bathroom was clean. They had a covered waiting area with 10 chairs. Been coming here for my car and my wife's car if we need a wax or quick wash. Last two (2) car washes, after checking; had to send our car for a second wash since there were spots that weren't cleaned. Recommended if you're looking for a reliable car wash spot. That changed when I brought my new Mustang in and it was returned to me with 13 paint chips lined up down the side. The manager instantly denied responsibility. I forced him to step outside and look at the vehicles currently exiting the tunnel, and we caught the exact same chipping happening to other customers' cars in real time. He promised the owner would call me directly. No surprise--no call ever came. They are actively damaging cars, denying it to your face, and refusing to follow up. Disgraceful way to treat a long-term customer.
