I found this location after looking for a car wash option in the Eastlake area that is not a mobile detail. I was exceptionally pleased with the response time via phone. Iker informed me that we could just pull up and that we did. We have gotten our two vehicles washed here since we've purchased them. Located at the rear of the plaza, you can pull up your car sit and wait. There are also food options or a gym nearby if you don't want to sit and wait. Iker and his family run business is a great option if you do not want a mobile detail and are looking for a fast service. The cost to wash only or wash detail both my sedan and SUV is reasonable as well. read more

I am very happy with the job Luis did on my car. He cleaned my 9 year old car seats (front and back) so that they looked brand new! He also cleaned my trunk area of 9 years of messy stuff like bark and other gardening material that I wasn't able to get out even with a shop vac at home. I highly recommend Luis for all your car detail needs! R/Mrs. Pleman read more

I don't usually leave reviews, but Auto Detail Splash more than deserves it! From the moment I pulled in, I was greeted by the friendliest family -- they clearly take pride in their work and treat every car like it's their own. I came in for a full detail and left with my car looking better than the day I bought it. Every inch was spotless, and you could tell it wasn't just a rushed job -- they really took their time and cared about the details. It's rare to find a place that blends professionalism with genuine kindness, but that's exactly what this family-run gem delivers. If you're even thinking about getting your car washed or detailed, do yourself a favor and go here. You won't regret it. Highly recommend -- 10/10 service, care, and good vibes all around! read more

A hidden gem amongst the boring suburban backdrop of Eastlake. Get your car detailed by true professionals while you work out at the overpriced gyms nearby alongside aging, yet somehow still worth a second look, Eastlake moms trying to reach their former 20 year old selves. Or maybe have your car washed and looking brand new after you spend a too much money taking your annoying and screaming children to Sky Zone. Or do what I did and relax at Lolita's with your overpriced burrito while you wait for your car to be restored to an amazing condition. This business is the REAL deal! This is an honest family business that does an excellent job detailing your car inside and out at a great price. All work is done by hand with great attention to detail. If you get there and there is a wait, ITS WORTH IT! Be patient. You will not be disappointed at their work. The results are worth the wait. Support this small family business and your car will look amazing. read more

Car hand wash with quick service. They even brought out chairs for me and my fiancé while waiting. My biggest thing is the wheel barrel, and they cleaned in there. My new go to spot for car washing. Thanks guys! :) read more

Second time I bring my car here and it doesn't disappoint. Dropped it off around 10 and came back to pick it up. My carpet always has a lot of dog hair and most places I got to they can't get all of it out. Here they always do an amazing job. Highly recommend this place but just be willing to wait or just drop off. read more

If you're not in a hurry and want a high quality wash, don't hesitate to come here! Their attention to detail is top notch. When they say hand wash, they mean it. No need to worry about a machine scratching up the finish on your car. If you don't want to wait around, you can go grab some tacos or a burrito from a taco shop a few doors down. Luis went above and beyond what I've seen at other local car washes. He got into the nooks in my wheels both when washing AND drying. Usually something other washes overlook. One thing to note is you might want to let the tire dressing penetrate the tires before driving off so it doesn't sling off. Overall, I'm very happy with the quality of service and attention to detail. I wish I would've found this place earlier! Thanks for an outstanding job Luis! Keep up the good work. I'll be back for sure. read more

I've been taking my BMW here to get washed for about a year now. Luis and his partner do a great job in tag teaming. They are so detailed oriented and take their time to make sure the car is squeaky clean. It's also at a decent price compared to regular car wash places. I love that it's hand washed which helps prevent any paint damage over time. Since it is only two people, it can take a while especially when they're having a busy day. I think it's worth it though! read more

Best car wash in Chula Vista. My car is always fully detailed each and every single time. The interior and exterior is always cleaned thoroughly and I've never had any complaints. I've been bringing my cars since 2013 and the service has remained the same..nothing short of excellent. Be aware that it's only a small staff and typically you drop off your car and it takes about and hour or sii depending on how busy they are. I don't mind waiting! Gracias por siempre dar el mejor servicio! read more

Amazing job! Really friendly and great service. I love brining my car here. I would recommend Splash auto detailing to everyone.

Probably the most humble gentlemen I've met in the auto detail business. Luis, I thank you for the quick response and hard work you put in on every vehicle. If you're looking for a good place to wash your hard earned vehicle, come to this place. No machine used, all hand washed using quality products and best of all respectable owner you can trust. I brought my full size truck in for a wash and I drove out a happy customer. The auto detail shop is located at the north end of the plaza right past the Crunch gym. Great quiet location and if you happen to get hungry, there's a Lolitas in walking distance! Huge plus on my part since I just happen to get off from work. In conclusion, if you're low on time, HOA won't allow you, or simply like your car clean, come to this spot. read more

Superb customer service and outstanding customer service! I highly recommend this place! Reasonable prices and honest small business! Don't let the lack of reviews hinder your decision on coming to this place! I detail my own car but I do not have my stuff yet since we just moved in town from Japan. I don't let anyone touch my car and do all the work so I was really skeptical at first but I'm glad I've met them so now I have a place to take my car in when I'm really feeling lazy to do it myself. read more

I first took my boyfriend's car here and he gets super picky about his car washes. When he got back from his trip he was so impressed. I own a soft top Jeep wrangler and I usually hand wash my own jeep because of its soft top. My boyfriend took it out to Borrego Springs and it was dirty and dusty. I took a chance and brought it here since they did such an amazing job on my boyfriend's car. I don't think I'll be washing my jeep myself anymore. I really wish I took before and after pictures because they did an outstanding job. To top it off Luis and and his wife are super nice. Since I worked down the street he said that they would even pick up my car so I wouldn't have to walk back and forth. I mean cmon is that good customer service or what!? Luis and his Son did a great job on my Car. Was wash and Claybar on a black car... Happy with the service and price.

The wash was good but not great. It's $39.99 for a SUV. The interior cleaning was great but the exterior was not. The back side of the mirrors were still dirty and I guess that's the part that they usually miss. All in all it's good for (HAND) car wash in Chula Vista. The other thing too is there's no place for you to wait so they'll give you a chair for you to sit on while they're cleaning your vehicle. read more

This is the first time I take my car here, and I had an amazing experience. The gentleman took my car even though he was busy with a few other cars. I gave him about two hours, since this isn't something you want to rush. When I came back he very easily processed my card and I was able to tip him through the payment app. My car was super dusty inside and the windows needed some elbow grease, and he made it look brand new. He knows what he's doing and he does it well. I found my new car wash :) read more
