At that moment, my driver's window was rolled down about three-quarters of the way. Because he did not stop the wash, he rushed to hand me the air freshener, and water immediately sprayed into my vehicle--spraying my pants, shirt, face, steering wheel, and driver's seat. As a long-time customer, I have never experienced anything like this. The lack of attention and disregard for basic customer service is unacceptable.
