So I wrote their number down, just in case. Well last night was the "just in case" moment because my Suburban broke down on Ventura Blvd at 3:30 am and I was by myself. I called Sherman Oaks Roadside Assistance and that same tow truck came to my rescue all within 20 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised at the fast, reliable service. A lot of tow companies make that claim but this one delivers on that promise. The driver is a young guy in his 20's but with experience of someone twice his age, his name is Tiko. Clean cut and courteous. If you need a tow definitely give Sherman Oaks Roadside Assistance a call.
