Every time I go to Envision, I am haunted by the 'check in online' constantly until you do it and…read more'arrive 15 minutes early to 'check-in'. Well, I have two problems with this. 1) Filling out these forms online before your visit is already checking in. It says it right there. And of course, you can't do it just once. You have to do it, otherwise you're pounded with text reminders until you do and then you have to do it again a day before your visit. Like we have nothing else to do other than go through the check in process THREE TIMES, twice online and once at the facility. 2) Arrive 15 minutes before you appointment, well, I have a life, not much of one but it's mine. My time is important, just as important as anyone at Envision. If you want me to arrive 15 minutes early, make my appointment for 3:45 instead of 4pm. You're wasting my time with all of these 'check-ins' and as I said, my time is important to me. This policy is so 'strict' that arriving two minutes late at one appointment on the Oak Park facility due to traffic, they had me wait for 35 minutes before an office employee told me they'll be taking me in 15 minutes and 'sorry for the delay' for a CT scan that literally took 2 minutes at a different Envision. It took me longer to take all my metal off and put it back on than the scan did. When I complained, the woman told me I could talk to her manager and I told her, 'No, you can tell her. I don't repeat myself and it's just wasting even more of my time' I walked out and swore I'd never go back to that location. They were taking people that arrived AFTER me for more than a half hour because I was late by two minutes due to traffic. But this isn't the only problem location. ALL of them are like this. It's like a cult 'complete the check in forms online, do it again and arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to check in' and over and over and over again. And if you don't adhere to their policy, they make you wait. I will NOT arrive 15 minutes before my appointment. I will do my best to arrive AT my appointment time. Envision does not respect their clients and their time. In the future I will do anything I can to NOT go to an Envision center because of these two points. They must have gotten sick of getting complaints like this because there is literally NO WAY to make a complaint via email on their website. The only way I found was to put in a 'testimonial' on their site and I'm 100% sure this complaint will not be posted on their testimonials page but hopefully someone will see it and make a change, but I doubt it.
