We had such a great experience here! And excellent care to do our doctor ordered labs. There was no appointments on a Saturday and we literally walked in and out in 10 minutes. We had just come from one in South Arlington on Arbrook that we would have waited 2 hours and there were 60 appointments ahead of us. And the staff were rather rude. The staff was so nice and professional! Will definitely recommend! read more

Terrible customer service no one answers the phone and waited 2hours to do a drug screen

Technician Luc was amazing! My doctor's office didn't fax over my labs correctly. Luc was very kind and patient with helping me update my order so I didn't have to come back in! This is rare to see these days! I love this Quest!!! read more

Very professional, kind and so efficient! I had an apt but the waiting room was almost full. I was called back in less than 5min and the phlebotomist (wish I remembered her name) I had was so kind and courteous. She got my labs after one poke and I was able to leave within 15min of arriving. When I walked out there was only 1 person left in the waiting room. Very impressed with how efficiently and courteously they run this Quest! read more

I thoroughly dislike how automated their system is. You cannot talk to a person over the phone, it is only an automated phone tree that never allows you to talk to staff to answer questions, unless perhaps you are a doctor (which I'm not). I had to do a stool sample, and it came with no physical instructions and only very vague verbal instructions from one of the staff when I was given the testing kit (to be fair this was just before closing). I got it home and realized I had multiple questions, but I had no information and no way to ask questions over the phone even during business hours. I also could not find instructions on their website either. So, it's a shot in the dark as to whether I conducted the test properly--we shall see. But I can't recommend a place that puts so much effort into not dealing directly with patients. read more

Today, my husband and I had appointments to get stuck....or so we thought. The automated appt DOES NOT work. Always call 866-697-8378 and speak to a human. Okay, the beautiful, black, young woman defused my bad mood and stuck us both. We will be back, now that we found our place, and a number with a human answering the phone. read more

I would select 0 stars if I could. I have been waiting, just to drop off a sample for the past 2 hours! I realize I am a walk-in. I asked when I got here if I could just drop the samples off but they said I had to schedule as a walk-in patient. That is ridiculous! I will find another lab in the future! They haven't even called back a scheduled appointment in the past 15 minutes! This is unacceptable read more

I was a walk-in on a busy Saturday. From the time I checked-in to walking out the door was less than 30 minutes. The phlebotomist, Crissy, did a great job, one of the best draws I have ever had! read more

Doesn't matter if you make an appointment...right after their lunch break when they shouldn't be backed up. They don't go by your appointment regardless!! There are 2-3 nurses and I've been here 20 minutes! Only one person has been called in! Two patients have left because it is taking so long! It's understandable if they are just busy but that's not the case when k let one person has been called in, with 2-3 working nurses, within 20 minutes!!! ***Still waiting! Have confirmed there are 3 nurses and now another just walked in. But still only one patient has been called on! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! read more

Not my favorite place. Let me tell you why. It is supposed to be a walk in place to get your labs, e.g. blood draw, urine samples, etc. for physicals as well as drug testing for employment, etc. I am not sure if things have changed, but apparently now you need an appointment but they have no front office just a kiosk to check in and then it is supposed to put you in the cue. If you ever make it back to the lab area, the staff is very nice and know their business and also seem to care, however, they always seemed rushed. In any case I logged in and it told me that I could either reserve a spot 6 hours later or go on standby. So I went on standby and after an hour I stepped out to take a call and when I came back apparently they called me and so since I didn't answer, I was deleted from the queue. Anyway, I was able to get in after a wait. I am not sure if all Quest facilities are like this, but the one on North Beach Street, I would highly recommend you make a reservation rather than just popping in! read more

They are always fast, friendly and pain free! The ER usually brutalizes my veins but these techs know what they are doing! My last tech/nurse was so sweet. I was worried about the amount of blood they had to take for the endless tests and she distracted me with friendly conversation. Thank you guys for your hard work! read more

DO NOT COME HERE WITHOUT an APPOINTMENT! you will be waiting and waiting forever. However, the staff here are fantastic, they honestly care about giving you the best service they can, under the circumstances. It is not their fault. They are understaffed and overworked.. read more

I have tough veins to find and they mange to get it pretty much every time. Most of them are very kind and understanding. It can take a little long waiting but for me it's worth it to not be stuck more than once or twice. read more

So franchised it's all automated. If you don't do well with technology it's not friendly. You are doing what the employees are paid to do, Enter you info. If they were so concerned about covid they would have a shared touch screen. Plus they put your name on a screen so every one knows who is in the waiting room. read more

I'm here for a pre-employment drug screening. My wait time was supposed to be 48 minutes. It's been over an hour and I'm still waiting. They don't even have a person at the front desk. You sign in at a little kiosk. Update: I waited for 2 hours and was NEVER called in. I tried calling and couldn't get a real person to answer. Their automated system says they take walk ins but can't guarantee service. When I selected the option to speak to someone it just rings and rings. read more

Horrible service , I went there to drop off a specimen sample and was told to sign in , I tried to tell her I didn't need a appt I was just dropping something off and she kept Rudely interrupting me telling me the same thing to check in . Finally got called back just for them to tell me oh you should have told them you were dropping off . All in all customer service is horrible. read more

They were reasonably friendly but skill and professionalism were lacking. My wife went to have blood drawn. Her veins are small, but it didn't pose too great a challenge to the blood techs at a certain competing diagnostic lab. At this Quest location my wife emerged with multiple bruises. At least once during her visit the techs broke the cardinal rule of blood drawing that you don't poke around once the needle is inserted. If you are a "hard stick" do yourself a big favor and find another lab. read more

Wow! This is the worst run lab I've ever encountered. My advice: drive on and find another location. This lab did not get the memo that the nation is battling a pandemic. Here are my concerns: 1.) Allowing people other than those there for lab work to come into waiting area and wait. Not enforcing social distancing in the waiting area seems foolhardy. Grown people bringing "hand-holders" in with them to wait for their turn to get blood drawn is just ridiculous. Go and sit in your cars, people. The waiting room is too small and too congested even without a pandemic. The waiting room was standing room only, and NO ONE from Quest is wiping the chairs down in between the "the patients". Every other medical facility or testing facility I've visited in the past 4 months has a policy of waiting in car until it's your turn, and wiping seats down in between patients. Even my hairdresser does this. 2.) No one from Quest is taking temps as people enter the waiting area. They are allowing dozens of people in an hour to come in and sit not knowing whether people are exhibiting signs of the virus or not. 3.) Walk-ins were seen in the same rotation as those with appointments. Why make an appointment if you have to sit and wait like a walk-in? This lab is poorly managed. I didn't like the crowd of people in there acting as "hand-holders" for grown adults who did not need the help of a "carer". The lab needs to stop that right away. The waiting room is a hazardous zone: multiple people came and went and there was no attempt to sanitise the chairs or the sitting area. Appointments should be given precedence over walk-ins. Walk-ins should be worked in around those who took time to make appointments. read more

Worst experience ever. They would not see me despite me being here for hours the lady that claimed to be a manager could not tell me what time I would be seen. I came here for urine test and is as simple as giving me a cup she called other names that were not here and ignored me for hours read more

Chasity was great I came in for a drug test and she made it quick easy and simple for me

Service was quick but definitely not friendly. The girl may have gotten blood with the first try but she did it more painfully than the lady at my Dr's office that stuck me a few times and did not get any. I called to see if I needed an appointment and they stated that you do not have to have an appointment and she never offered to ask if I wanted one. So I did not make one. Maybe I should have and my morning may have gone differently. For drop in, I recommend drop in somewhere else. read more

Not sure what all the fuss is about in the other reviews. I made an appointment online for 10:30am, I showed up at about 10:15ish and signed in at the digital pad. The digital pad asks maybe 5 questions total (all things you should know and if you made an appointment online, then this is to verify info). Nothing to bark at. I was called back at 10:30am, which was my exact appointment time for a job UA. I was getting back in my truck by 10:42am. My technicians name was Alexa A. and she was awesome! She made everything simple and straight forward and had me on my way in no time. read more

How does a health care place not provide mask during a pandemic time? Even Walmart and I say again WALMART gives masks out. Didn't have a mask with me thinking they'll give me one and no they sent me away to go get one and now I have to wait in line again. read more

MOMS WITH BABIES NEEDING TO GET BLOOD DRAWN DONT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE! My son is 3 months old and needed to have blood work done to check for anemia. (he was premature). Unfortunately the lab that my pediatrician usually uses was out of network so they told me to use quest diagnostics or try cook children's. I went to quest because it was close by. When they called me back the nurse seemed a little uncertain and asked for another nurse to come in and assist her. I had a moment where I thought, maybe I should just go to cooks, but then thought they would tell me if they felt like they couldn't do the job. I wish I had listens to my instincts. They spent some time looking for the vein and then poked him and moved the needle around trying to draw blood. Obviously my baby was unhappy. After that they told me that I should try going to cooks...so I went in put my baby through pain and they couldn't even draw the blood I needed for his test. I don't know how they are with older children/adults, but I wouldn't take my baby back there. read more

They will do their best to waste as much of your time as possible. Choose any other location please for your own sake .

I had a fast and friendly experience at this location. Varsha did a fantastic job with my blood work and this was a walk in zero wait experience. The extent of my labs were a full work up so wasn't exactly straightforward but Varsha did not blink an eye and made it happen quickly and Professionally. Well done read more

I was trying to call to make an appt for blood work. I spoke to this really rude lady(Lee-Ann). First I called asking if it's the right address. She snapped at me and gave me a attitude. She was so rude when I ask her if I needed to fast before my appt and she rudely say I DONT KNOW GO ASK YOUR DOCTOR! To think I didn't go get my blood drawn yet and already they gave me bad customer service. If I can give a negative rating I would rate the customer service -5. read more

Quest Diagnostics - Watch out for this quest! They have Rude staff!!! Beware! - Laboratory Testing Near Me - Fort Worth, Texas

I did not have an appointment. I arrived at 7:10 am. I signed in on the tablet by providing my mobile number, name, date of birth, and what I was there for. Next, I was asked if I would like to wait inside or outside. I chose to wait outside. It indicated that my wait time would be approx. 41 minutes and that I would receive a text when to return to the waiting area. Exactly 40 minutes later I received a text and 5 seconds after walking back in my name was called. I went to the back, had my blood drawn, and by 8 am I was leaving. I had a very positive experience. read more

Terrible service and not all services are not provided on the weekends. We checked online and there was no notation of it. We show up bright and early on Saturday morning only to be told "oh yeah (ha ha) we haven't updated our system". Please update your website. read more

usually, I have a good service there and a friendly person but today man she was not having it, she was not friendly at all and very rude.!!

Had to go to this location to get a saliva test. The instructions were explained but it was a little complicated, so I would suggest providing a paper or something with instructions. Wasn't told to refrigerate, wasn't told how much was necessary, and when I first asked about what I was supposed to do I was told "your doctor didn't explain it?" Nope. I'm probably going to have to re-do the test, but proper explanation and paper instructions (or at least a website referral for instructions) would be a good idea! read more

The worst lab place ever! Very slow doing simple lab draws. Not only did I wait in line for almost three hours the first time, but then I arrived before opening the second time only to discover they couldn't get the door open! That took another 20 minutes before another person arrived to unlock it. Ridiculous. Also, on my first visit I had to ice my arm because they roughly jabbed me through the vein to the other side. read more
