As a result, the people who were going to pick me up originally were unable to do so. And I needed to get to Captiva, about an hour away from the airport. I called two other limousine companies and they had no availability. That actually turned out to be a blessing because Ambassador Transportation was outstanding in absolutely every respect! Richard, the owner, was so nice and so patient in arranging for everything quickly and efficiently. Roger, my driver, was terrific. The car was so clean and comfortable. Very easy to meet him upon my arrival. Great communication all around. I can't recommend Ambassador Transportation highly enough!

The driver came in an SUV (very nice I may add) and she was having trouble getting in. After she tried a couple times, unsucccessfully, to get in, the driver scooped her up and gently placed her inside the vehicle. Definitely 5 Stars.

He assured me that for $5.00 additional the driver would meet my mother at baggage claim and bring the car for her! WOW! I just heard from Mom and she said the service was exceptional ( amazing knowing my mom)! Pete was waiting at baggage claim with a welcome sign. He retrieved her bags from, escorted her and the bags to the curb while he brought a Lincoln Town car to pick her up ( my father drive a Lincoln Town Car before he passed 19 years ago) . On the short drive home, mom asked if Pete could stop at Jimmy Johns ( located just outside her development) so she could get a sandwich for lunch - he even went in and got it for her! Pete brought moms luggage inside her home and placed it where she could easily unpack it! This was truly SUPERIOR service, I will need transportation for mom again in the fall when she travels for her granddaughters wedding, you can bet I will be calling Superior Airport Shuttle again! Thank you Brian and Pete for making Moms travels so smooth! The $43 fee for meet and greet plus travel was less than $10 more than a cab from RSW to moms cost me 2 weeks earlier- .... can't recommend these guys enough!

Pretty much the worst possible experience with this company. They have a business PayPal account in…read morewhich I deposited the fare the evening before pickup. Upon arrival at the airport they illegally detained my associate demanding an additional form of payment because they claimed they don't use PayPal. (The business is listed as paypal accepting according to the PayPal vendor list) I explained to them that the business has a PayPal account and showed the receipt where the funds had been deposited in the account. Still they demanded that I pay an additional $200 before they would let her exit the vehicle. I of course paid this so she would be released. What should have been an easy trip to the airport turned into an adventure in extortion and false imprisonment. Later they called to confirm that they did receive the money in their PayPal and will refund it ...... That was 2 days ago and I'm still waiting for a refund.......

Pam and her assistant actually went into my son's home ( he lives in a group home with 12 others), She knocked on 2 doors until the last person told her my son's room. Knocked on his door, he had overslept thru his alarm, and woke him. She stayed on the phone with me the entire time. Who does that?? Seriously, I cannot imagine any other car service to have that much concern and willingness to help in a situation like above. On his return, his first flight was delayed so long he ended up in a hotel and flying out the next morning. I texted Pam several times keeping her updated on the situation. She answered every text and was right there to pick him up when his plan did come in the following morning. I wish I could give 6 stars because I surely would. Previously: Well my reservation isn't until August 8th for my son in Port Charlotte. But I already feel very comfortable with this service. Pam has emailed and texted and called me to be sure all is correct. Their prices are quite reasonable and they provide a soft drink for the ride. I will write another review in August after they actually pick my son up for both ways but I'm pretty sure they will still get 5 stars from me
