The dispatcher was very nasty hung up on my daughter for asking when someone was going to come so I could pickup my car. The site says 24hr that they pen dispatch said they was closed. During these issues I had dealt with over 7 different towing companies in various ways, with the majority of them were extremely poor in regards to reliability, punctuality, professionalism, and vagueness on timelines. My latest issue requiring towing had requests dropped or denied by 4 different tow companies leaving me stranded for over 12 hours. Then comes in Glen from Art Walker towing. He was extremely professional, friendly, but most of all understanding of my situation. He was knowledgeable and transparent on the availability of his drivers and trucks and his explanations gave me a realistic understanding of his capabilities and availability. Once we arranged a meetup time to pick up the vehicle it was smooth sailing from there on out. The driver, Brian, also extremely friendly and professional, showed up 15 minutes EARLY, (a first for me) he helped push the vehicle into position to load on the truck, we were loaded and on our way in 20 minutes. Vehicle was transported safely and arrived on time at the dealership. I can say enough positive things about this company.

They said they found something else wrong and charged me to replace that. Went on a trip and the problem was still there just like before, no change, brought it back to get the part replaced and after they 'diagnosed' it again at $150 and hour, they replaced the part I wanted replaced all along, no diagnosis was requested or needed. So as soon as we left inspection, were waiting at Gate 5 to get on base. Yes it was a bit backed up at 10am, and was sitting at the left turn for no more than 10 minutes. So then he proceeds to call me and says he not waiting because he doesn't get paid to wait and doesn't want to sit there for an hour and a half. While loading it into my car, the diaper bag went in, and I fought the case of diapers and the stroller; as I was doing so I tried to use the auto start on my car to start cooling due to the increase in temperature and having my son. It failed to start, but I won the fight and shut the trunk of my suv. Well the failed auto start made the car lock itself and my keys were inside the trunk.
