They always have let me know of these things as soon as humanly possible, even pausing a repair to let me know before continuing. This shows me if I can trust them with the small imperceptible details, I can trust them with larger things as well. Love to see this sort of transparency at a mechanic. Prices are reasonable too

The tech think his name is art drove it and did a full look for repairs and they said it will probably be 8k which turned out around 5k. My insurance adjuster called them and told them its all good to go and they said they need to get the parts. 2.5 weeks later they call me and say i can drop off the car for repair. I dropped it off monday, got my rental, and get a call today saying that there is bad damage from a previous accident which was not related and it would be like 20,000 to fix but they wont touch it unless all that was fixed for liability reasons. Now they say they might not be able to get the doors back on and I might need to get it towed. I am very disappointed because so much time wasted and i see all the good 5 star reviews. If your car is taken in for a estimate wouldnt you look underneath and check all this stuff before you order parts and throw promises that no problem we will fix it.
