One thing I really appreciated was that Downtown Ford provided a complimentary Uber ride home after I dropped off my truck. The next day, Charlie texted me to let me know my truck was ready for pickup and even offered to have it delivered back to me free of charge, which was a nice touch. I also want to give a shout-out to Mayra at the front counter. She was welcoming, helpful, and provided excellent customer service from the moment I walked in. Overall, this was one of the easiest dealership service experiences I've had. Great communication, convenient service, and a team that genuinely takes care of their customers. I waited an hour and no phone call. I called again and wasn't able to speak with anyone but the call taker who assured me they we in at the service department. I stressed all weekend about the engine issue. As of Wednesday, still no call back from the service department. Take your Ford and your money elsewhere!

My wife's car was hit by an SRT light rail train in downtown Sacramento on the morning of 5/20/25. For some reason and possibly because SRT was involved in the incident, they called for a tow. Upon arrival, a very shady driver promptly told my wife they were planning to tow her car to their lot on Richards Blvd. He also said it would $550 to retrieve the car from their lot. I asked my wife to firmly let him know , NO TOW. I asked to speak with the North Valley Fleet Tow driver and informed the driver AGAIN that he was not to tow and that my insurance group had made arrangements to take the car to their repair facility. The next thing I heard was that the SRT said they were at fault and would take care of the tow charges to relocate the car out of traffic. They planned to take their body shop on Richards Blvd. Once my insurance company made arrangements to pick up the car from the Richards lot, I was told by the Manager John that the tow driver didn't have the proper documentation and wasn't even licensed to transport the car even though is onsite contact at Richards Blvd. reviewed the tow drivers docs as all correct. This was an out-and-out fraudulent comment. He is unprofessional and has a FOUL mouth, dropping F**Bombs on the phone. I simply hung up. This guy is never to be trusted! Once I got my insurance claims adjuster involved and John was promised his undeserving illegal payment, he suddenly changed his tune. He LIED to me about the driver's credentials just to apply pressure for payment knowing I wanted my wife's car out of his lot. Towing in general is a SCAM, they carry around police scanners in their trucks and as soon as there is a accident, they magically show up. Once they hook you up, you're on the hook for the payment! My advice is to stay AWAY FROM NORTH VALLEY FLEET SERVICES. If you see their tow truck, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES LET THEM TOW YOUR VEHICLE, YOU WILL REGRET IT! My hope is this helps someone else avoid this kind of unnecessary stress!

He gave me a call and talked with me through my previous service experiences. He let me know that he felt like they didn't do a good enough job taking care of me and my car. TECHNICALLY they didn't owe me a thing, despite the poor customer service they provided, but Terry was adamant that he wanted me to bring my car back in, order the part that had gone out, and replace it for me. He was flexible with my schedule and got my car in, the part replaced, diagnosed a couple other things I was dealing with, and got me out the same day. The car's Bluetooth system is now working perfectly. I can't say how much I appreciate Terry's service. He clearly cares very much about taking care of his customers and exemplifies exactly what VW should be proud of. He and Brandon were fantastic to work with and I greatly appreciate all they've done to help me out.

However, upon arrival, he informed me he intended to drag the vehicle before placing it on the flatbed, which could have caused damage to my car's electrical system. This directly contradicted what was communicated to dispatch and raised serious concerns about proper handling procedures. When I contacted the company to address the issue, the manager responded in an unprofessional manner. He became hostile, raised his voice, and refused to provide his name when requested. This behavior is unacceptable and does not meet basic standards of customer service or accountability. I am requesting that this incident be formally investigated. I would also like clarification on the company's towing procedures and assurance that drivers are following proper protocols to avoid potential vehicle damage. A complaint has already been filed with AAA, and I will be pursuing this further through consumer protection channels if necessary. What really keeps me coming back is the quality of the technicians. They've caught legitimate issues that needed attention, pointed out services that other shops had previously tried to upsell me on, and even gone the extra mile with small things like topping off fluids and cleaning corrosion from my battery terminals. Those little touches go a long way in building trust. After each visit, they send a detailed video inspection showing the work that was performed along with anything they noticed during the service. It's a level of transparency that I really appreciate. The dealership itself is clean and comfortable, with a waiting area that includes couches, a TV, complimentary snacks, and bottled water. I brought my car for alignment service in December on a saturday, however, the problem of my car…read morewas bigger than just doing some alignment. I was given a quote and I submitted a claim to my insurance company. I was also adviced to leave the car there because it wouldn't be safe to drive it. So, I left my car there, and they provided lyft for me to get to the rental cars. The advisor told me to let my insurance company know that he's off on monday, and he was the one who knows what was going on with the car. I did what he told me. But Geico estimator still went there on monday. The advisor wasn't there, the estimator had to ask somebody else, and that person told the estimator that nothing's wrong and it was just a simple alignment issue. So I sent the estimator my pictures that the tire was very crooked. The estimator called the advisor the next day, and the estimator had a better idea of what was going on. They had to run the alignment as per Geico's protocol and when they get the report that it fails all alignment tests, that's when Geico can say OK for the repair. So here comes thursday, the estimator went there again to pick up the report, the advisor wasn't there. And nobody knew where the report was kept. When the estimator told me that, I called Subaru Maita, and asked to speak with the advisor, the advisor wasn't there, he called out sick. I had nothing against him calling out sick but what annoyed me so much was that nobody knew where that alignment report was. I asked if I could talk to a supervisor, and I was told that the supervisor was already on vacation. It was really driving me crazy about all the delays because of the lack of system. My car got repaired by thursday of the following week. After a day of driving, I called them again, and let them know that the alignment was off, it wasn't that bad but it was noticeable. I had to bring my car back to get fixed again. Another story, I left it early in the morning at 7am, I even had an appointment, I was waiting for their call for me to get my car . No calls until I called them at around 12pm. I learned that they hadn't even started fixing my car. So I had to tell the advisor that I need to get to work at 4pm which was true that's why I booked an early appointment. It got fixed after an hour, and the advisor booked me a lyft. To wrap it all, my car is doing fine now. But I'm still baffled what happened there. I'm a patient person but the way they run the business drove me mad. I wasn't happy with the customer service. Giving 2 stars because they fix my car and it is working. PS: I haven't received any customer satisfaction survey. Feel free to send me one, Subaru.
