Even though he was out of town, he still took the time to help us. He patiently walked us through the issue over the phone, step by step, until we were able to get the system back online. It turned out to be a simple fix--the kind of thing an unscrupulous company would have been more than happy to turn into an expensive service call change and from there who knows... Instead, Paul chose honesty over profit. He explained what was happening, made sure we were comfortable performing the fix, and stayed on the phone until everything was working properly. That level of integrity is extremely rare and speaks volumes about both him and the company he represents.
