They finished in about an hour- and when I couldn't find the plug for my recliner, they came right back to show me where they'd stowed it. Fantastic! Also, in terms of scheduling, Josh was really responsive and respectful. I told him I was getting quotes from multiple companies and he didn't try to pressure or rush me. When the lock to my new apartment broke, less than 24 hours before my scheduled move, he was willing to reschedule last minute if needed. Price-wise, ACE was comparable to what the other three moving companies I contacted quoted me ($400-$500, with a 2-hour minimum despite this being a simple and quick job). In the end, it turned out to be closer to $300, which was great! More expensive than hauling this stuff myself, sure, but worth the money to not risk my back.
