Also, pet peeve, not all grocery stores are the same, but that's a rant for another time. I've never had to print a huge foam sign before. I literally had no idea where to start. After finding my counterpart in Miami had a print guy who prints out of his house, I seriously considered purchasing from him and mailing it up here. His rates were cheap. But she was having communication issues with him and I decided I should get some quotes from closer businesses for comparison. I requested quotes from no less than four other businesses. One didn't make the type of sign I wanted, one took over a week to get me a quote, another was pretty expensive (FedEx, I'm looking at you) and I don't think I ever heard back from another one. I finally thought to ask past Community Manager, Brett N., where he got his signs printed and found out he had been holding out on me. He mentioned he thought this place might be too far, but seriously after the blood sweat and tears of trying to get other quotes and a looming deadline, I didn't care. Brett sent an email introduction and I heard back from the owner, Brad, within minutes. This set the stage for the rest of our communications. I think the most I ever went was an hour or so during the business day without hearing from them. I was never worried that they would ghost me (which it's sad that this is a worry with a lot of businesses). I was also having lanyard cards made and they proofed it for me! (They thought I might have made a mistake, but it was correct. I still really appreciate that they did that). In the end there were three things that stood out to me. 1. They were fast! (It took a couple of days to get all my printing done). 2. They were cheap! (Cheaper than using the guy out of his home in Miami and mailing it and cheaper than the other quotes). 3. They were nice! (I don't have time to deal with stressful communication). I will be using them for all my printing needs.

1/2/26 I took my 2025 and my 2026-2028 planners to this Staples yesterday to have them rebind the…read morecurrent planner with the cover/pocket/stretch-strap-to-close that was on the 2025 planner as the current planner was not available with those features. The price/sale on the current one was incredible, well worth paying for rebinding. I was greeted as I entered and walked to the area where to turn in my order. The staffer was professionally patient with me, a disabled senior, and he set up for the current planner to be done to my needs and redid the past planner so I could store it with other previous ones. I got notified this morning that it was ready, it was PERFECTLY done for $4 ea, and I am THRILLED!! This Staples store truly ROCKS in all its departments!! Previous review I stop at the Staples at Dale Mabry/Bearss whenever my printer is thirsty for ink. The staff is always professional and patient in handling my needs. I appreciate the friendliness of this location. Update: I continue to shop at Staples as needs arise. The staff there is professional, personable, and do a great job to handle my needs.

What happened next could have been a potential disaster, but Susan and the team at Image Depot spun it into customer service gold. I dropped off the shirts and went out of town for some meetings. Upon arriving back in the office, I noticed that somehow the work orders were confused and the new shirts had the old logo! After one phone call and a couple emails back and forth, Susan agreed that she would fix the problem. They volunteered to go out of their way to find similar shirts and purchase them at their expense to put our new logo on. Susan even sent over pictures of the shirts to make sure we liked them because the exact style I had sent her was discontinued by Nike! I would like to note that I have not had other issues with THIS location of Image Depot (they are independant) and I did have an issue, they were quick to step up and fix it at their own expense. If you value follow-though in customer service like most people, I recommend the Dale Mabry location of Image Depot for logo-wear.
