So when I injured the bottom of my foot, I literally threw a fart at the phonebook and called to get an appointment. Office staff was delightful. This is during COVID and I was a little freaked at the thought of seeing a doctor in person. No worries. Everyone was masked up and not whining (which was quite a pleasant surprise). Dr. Nelson is adorable. All business, yet has that twinkle in his eye that you know he cares. I feel completely confident in his treatment of my injury, especially since he used to be a wound care specialist. And he goes the extra mile to clean and sanitize the office, which is super important in these trying times! I would highly recommend his services.

well i thought i had a splinter, he removed a piece of skin and said that should be it…read more later found out those spots are planter warts. anyway. prior to visit and appt i called to verify it is all covered by my insurance and that i had to ask and make sure they also are on the provider list for my ins which is the girl confirmed they are in the network.....and it should be cover by my PPO BCBS TX plan. well it was deceptive because they are not in the network . the foot n ankle are but not mr nelson. so they send me a surgery bill for $400 and has bill collector suing me for the additional balance they billed for less than the work involved in a simple pedicure.

This particular location is the closest to me and it is small, easy to maneuver around it, of course it is always clean, when you buy expensive shoes that's a given. The staff is different every time I come here, which is once a year like I said. They are still very attentive and kind and very helpful. The shoes I wanted was not available at the store, which made me a little sad because I could not wait to walk out with it, in it. ;) She was so sweet and even thou it wasn't available at the store, she ordered it for me, so I didn't have to pay the $15 shipping fee. Its a 6" lace up steel toe that is 100% American made (not just assembled in USA). These boots are non insulated and man they felt great when I put them on. Ill update after the break in period.
