The referral was sent approved in network and everything sent. I did some of my paperwork today called to about to go in and they conveniently overnight or all the sudden not in network and are telling me not to come in and they're canceling my appointment. Their own office manager and the CEO also called me with attitude to mansplain and hung up on me more than once that entire office is unprofessional immature and I feel sorry for anyone who has to interact with them. They could clearly could care less about what the patient is going through.

At its worst, I struggled with really basic things--standing without help, sitting down, kneeling. It shut down Saturday morning workouts, made playing with my nieces and nephews tough, and big events like weddings or concerts were pretty much off the table. Any physical therapist can build a rehab plan, but what really sets PMST apart is how dynamic and hands-on their approach is. Things like cupping, tissue scraping, and dry needling made a real difference for me. I'm sure they looked at the x-rays, but there was a very quick turn around from when they were taken and when I saw the assistant. I guess I'm used to waiting forever at the doctor's office, so this was a surprising change. Dr. Early and his staff were efficient, honest, and kind with their diagnosis and treatment. They recommended conservative measures for 6 weeks, ultimately against surgery, and spoke slowly and in terms I could understand easily. I told him and his assistant about another doctor I had seen and about the other doctor's recommended course of treatment, and Dr. Early was very knowledgable about why that wouldn't have been the best course. I definitely felt like I was in excellent hands in the entire time and would highly recommend him!

I want to thank Dr. Ali for being a great physical therapist, a great chiropractor, and an amazing…read moredoctor and person all around. I loved our conversations together and my neck has never felt better. My quality of life has definitely improved from where I was before to after our appointments together. For context, I used to wake up with neck pain every morning, to the point where going to bed was often painful even with the thinnest of pillows -- I often had to fall asleep on ice packs to get through the pain. I also had/have chronic migraines and was in a car accident prior to meeting Dr. Ali, so my neck and back were in rough shape. I also have been an athlete since I was 5, so I'm sure that didn't make it easy on her either! She was able to immediately diagnose some of the issues I had from built up wear and tear and start me on a program for recovery. She also made the whole process so easy with the insurance from the person who hit me. She took care of it all and I only had to worry about showing up to our appointments. I never had to worry about prices and sending forms back and forth with the insurance. Not having that additional stress with fighting insurance alone was super helpful. My quality of life has definitely improved after having Dr. Ali both as a physical therapist and a chiropractor -- it's not often we find someone capable of doing both in one appointment! She also would cater the care to my body's needs and how I was feeling. There were times where my neck was too sensitive for the typical chiropracty, but she had tools that made the process so much better -- decreasing my pain levels without adding to it. The tools she had were definitely a game changer. She would also change the procedures to fit my improvements or alter them for my needs at the time. I came in after going on a walk/hike started hurting my hips, and she was able to adjust them as well to relieve that pain too. She and I had great conversations where she would check in on me and remember things going on in my life and see how she could improve my conditions. She made me feel like I had her not only as a doctor, but also as a concerned friend. I really felt like she was doing her best to take care of me in every way. I only wish the best for her and look forward to seeing the growth of her business! If I ever have issues and need physical therapy or chiropracty again, I would definitely go to her again. She keeps all my small nagging pains at bay and allowing me to train at my fullest! Please note- she is not your typical Chiropractor. I checked in and as I was starting to fill out paperwork, I was called back. I was barely able to finish my paperwork when a tech collected me for x-rays. I waited less than 5 min to see Dr McNutt which I'm sure that was only due to him waiting to review my x-rays. He politely introduced himself and quickly examined my arms' mobility. Immediately he determined the source of my injury, gave me a shot of some sort to relax the inflamation. He prescribed physical therapy and sent me on my way. It was an amazingly fast visit and a huge relief that he diagnosed my issue as I was suffering for months just hoping it was basic soreness that would go away.
