I had the best experience with Rob at Rapid Junk Removers the other week. I called Rapid Junk Removers on a Saturday to remove some junk from the house we were selling. Rob came out Sunday morning and took everything we needed him to. Not only was he pleasant he was very very fair on pricing. After telling him I have to move some furniture to another location (100 miles away) Rob offered to help. Again he was wonderful and very fair on pricing. Robert and Garrett were an absolute pleasure to work with! I initially called several junk removal businesses and even waste management but it seemed like everyone was too busy to even quote me. Robert instantly gave me a "guesstimate" over the phone and said he went a little higher just in case. I really appreciated this because I knew how much I was going to spend. Like all other places Robert did say they were busy but could set up an appointment - but I wasn't in dire need of immediate assistance so I told him to let me know when was good for him. He told me over the phone that when they had a job in my area they would call me. It' literally only took a few days after and they called me to confirm a good time the following day and they showed up exactly when they said they would. Now me being the person that I am, found some extra stuff and told them when they arrived at my house. It was really nice they didn't charge me too much on top of what they originally quoted me. Obviously I knew it was going to increase since I added some stuff but they were really nice about it! Also, I must say that both Robert and his son Garrett are two of the strongest men I've seen. They removed my fridge and literally lifted it into their truck. I was quite impressed! Thanks gentlemen for making this quick, easy and pleasant! I definitely would recommend services from them! They even take apart your items if needed; I took all my stuff apart as a courtesy but appreciate them for offering that as well! I hope I don't accumulate more junk but if I do... Downsized you're 1 bedroom from renting a 3 br house with huge art studio and revolving roommates who left many things behind over 7 years. October 1, I wrote a negative review about Rapid Junk Removers based on what I perceived as a poor service on the company's part. One of the co-owners, Garret, apologized and asked me to give them another chance. Apparently, they had switched to a new phone system and all of my calls, and voicemails had been deleted from the new system. This resulted in no record of me contacting them to schedule their services. They have resolved that issue. I did just that and contacted them again. Rob, the other co-owner, scheduled my pick up. He was great! He called a few days prior to the pickup to confirm everything. On the day of, he was able to come at the most convenient time for me. He and his assistant handled the furniture removal quickly and professionally. I was very pleased. They are a company that takes pride in great performance and positive customer service.
